Whidbey Retreat| 5 mins Walking from Hiking Area

AshleyRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Our stay at this home was lovely. The home looked even nicer in person than in the pictures, and was fully of plants and fun decorations making it a very cozy space. There was ample seating for our nine guests and had spacious living areas for us all to comfortably spend time together in. The view from upstairs was beautiful, and the location quiet and peaceful. The house was clean and had everything we needed, and the host was proactive, responsive, and friendly. This place was perfect for our girls trip getaway, and we would happily stay here again in the future!

Sand Dollar House on Sunlight Beach, Whidbey

GaryRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Patti's place was charming. The beds were really comfortable and the linens great. The appliances in the kitchen were amazing, you could tell the cupboards are in the process of replacing but everything worked and there was everything we needed to cook. We had one day of beautiful weather for beachwalking and another day for storm watching and puzzle building. We really did enjoy everything.

Charming studio cabin with beautiful beach access

StephanieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a great stay in Rebecca’s Cabin. Clean, as pictured, amazing amenities (loved being able to do my laundry at the end of my trip and lighten the work to do when I got back home). Plus as seen in some of the photos there is a deer in the neighborhood and we saw it often leaving and getting back from the Airbnb. Beach access was great - it is a steep incline of stairs with no railing or paved path so walking down and all the way back up that is not for everyone but if your party can it’s convenient. Rebecca is a very communicative host, she has clear directions for every amenity in the house and a helpful binder of information as well. I would 100% recommend this Airbnb

5-Star Modern Rustic Beach Cabin on Useless Bay

SarahRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Cozy, pleasantly rustic, not tourist-beach-kitsch cabin right on the beach, adjacent to a dog park. Minimalistic, but totally comfy, furnishings in the four rooms. Perfect size for a small family to gather and cook and play games inside, or beach comb just 25-50 yards out the back door. Our kids (12 & 9) and the dog spent hours exploring tide pools, building forts, digging up hunks of clay to make “dolls” out of, and they even tried to swim in between rain showers. From the living area, we watched a bald eagle soar overhead a blue heron while gulls dove headfirst for fish and robins pecked at worms in the yard. Two lil things to consider if staying: 1) if morning light bothers you, bring an eye mask; 2) the path from the back door to the beach requires some careful footwork to traverse an area of accumulated drift wood logs, but the parking lot is right next to the home with a clear, flat way to access the beach if mobility is a challenge.

La Seriné Beachfront Oasis w/ Views | Coupeville

KarinRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We really enjoyed David’s house, which was clean, uncluttered, comfortable and beautiful, with beautiful views. David was very responsive with messages, and helpful with information about what might be happening in the area, and gave great suggestions for restaurants. Our vacation was even better than we’d planned because of David’s knowledgeable tips.

We couldn't have asked for more for this trip. The farm is beautiful, the cottage was absolutely lovely, and our hosts were gracious. We especially loved the spa-like bathroom. This was a true retreat and we'd love to go back!

Sandy Beach Front Home on Whidbey w/ New Hot Tub

LeslieRating, 5 stars3 months ago
My husband and I celebrated 25 years of togetherness at Crissy's lovely Freeland home. We spent five nights and enjoyed every minute. The house is beautiful and comfortable and Crissy was an amazing host. She even apologized for some stormy, late-winter weather which we actually found exciting while protected and cozy inside. Once the storm passed, the beachside patio provided the perfect spot to watch the ships pass by and listen to the waves roll in and out—so relaxing. While we thoroughly enjoyed spending time at the house, we also enjoyed exploring the length of the island, from Deception Pass to Langley. We had several fantastic meals in Langley, did some fun shopping in town, and even saw a Sunday matinee at the adorable, local independent movie theater. We highly recommend this Freeland home and look forward to returning.
