Villa vacation rentals in Usedom

We were allowed to be a guest at Fanny's in Lubmin for 3 nights at the end of May. The house is a magical place in the middle of the forest and at the same time only 1-2 minutes' walk from the sandy beach. The furnishings and interior leave nothing to be desired. Sauna with attached shower, large open kitchen, two bedrooms each with attached bathroom and last but not least the beautiful terrace. We felt very comfortable at all times and would be happy to come back next year.

We felt very comfortable in the beautiful villa. Breakfast was very lovingly prepared. I got along very well with the wheelchair in the apartment and Mrs. Bade was very committed and helpful. Beach is just a few meters away and there are several wheelchair accessible toilets along the promenade. On the way to the beach there are delicious fish rolls and a cheap lunch table. The lovingly managed Café Boddengold is also worth a visit. It was a completely beautiful holiday. Thank you.

It is a lovely place to stay on Lake Kummerow. The place Verchen is quite quiet in the low season, so you can relax there well. The lake is a few meters away.

Very family and friendly host and nice quiet place to stay. We will be happy to come back!

Overall it was a great place. Plenty of space, well equiped kitchen and coin operated laundry downstairs. The lock to the back door is a bit tricky though, you need to scan the chip then rotate it like a key. We called and got quick assistance when we were stuggling to get in.

The house is nicely quiet. You can walk to the lake. You can walk to the sea, but it is about 30 minutes away. Therefore, we preferred to drive by car. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathrooms too. The water pressure is not very strong in the shower. The house was very cold, despite summer. Almost too cold. The pillows are partly too large and firm, almost like sofa pillows. That was a bit annoying. Unfortunately, the apartment was very dusty and full of spiders or dead spiders everywhere as if it had not been inhabited for a long time and had not been cleaned again before our arrival. Also, the three bedrooms upstairs were very bright, as the skylights do not darken and the blind is broken in one bedroom. This was especially annoying with children. But on the whole, we felt very comfortable.

Great location, if you are looking for peace and relaxation in nature, this is the place to be. The hosts are very nice and everything met our expectations. Thank you from my wife and I.

We had a great stay with Janusz. He was very welcoming and even provided a full fridge when we arrived! The house is great, provides lots of room (particularly helpful when you come with kids) and was super clean. It is near to the beach and city center.

We were allowed to spend a wonderful holiday week in the beautiful house. The images shown are 100% true. The house is modernly equipped and is really fun to spend your vacation there. The landlord is also very nice. We were always in good contact with each other.

We were here with twelve people including small children. The accommodation and surroundings are really great, both for a short trip and a longer stay. The place was clean and equipped with really everything you need. Have nothing to complain about and would definitely come back. Absolute recommendation. 👍🏼

Very nice and nice! Child-friendly and good restaurant with a play area for the children :) Nice with the possibility of indoors pole and and within walking distance to the beach. Unfortunately, the beach was a little too rocky but if you took the car a bit, you could find great child-friendly beaches. Overall a very good place! :)

The place was very clean and furnished to a high standard. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime.

The hosts were very nice and we had a nice time. The facility was very tidy and clean. Unfortunately, many restaurants were still closed in the off-season. The Baltic Sea beach was great. Price - performance was right and the place is recommended.
