Very nice stay in Pablo's apartment, we arrived an hour early and Pablo let us check in early, something to highlight! I'll be back soon.

Extremely pleasant stay. The apartment was exactly as described and the host very kind and helpful. Great location for both hiking and public transportation. Good restaurants and supermarket nearby.We would be sure.

Very spacious apartment, in impeccable condition, very well equipped. An amazing view of the sea, very enjoyable. Huge bathroom. Bedrooms with large closets, comfortable beds and impeccable linens. Quiet and well insulated. Alphanumeric access to the apartment and magnetic access (with 2 keys provided) to the building facilitated independent movement for my wife and me. Very good location. At first, if you are not used to the area, it may seem far away, but in reality you can get to 18 de julio and ejido in 10 minutes on foot, two steps from the rambla and very easy to get around by car as well. A decently stocked supermarket literally steps away from the building. Very easy access parking, at street level, spacious for maneuvering and the assigned space is huge (actually there are two, because the one next to it, against a wall, is canceled and you can use that space). Playground at the door of the building, highly recommended for children. Very friendly and responsive host. We will definitely be back.

I usually stay in this neighborhood. This apartment building is one block from the Rambla, so I found myself walking along the Río de la Plata almost every night. You can even see the river from the apartment! The iron and ironing board was a nice bonus (this was a work trip for me). If you stay here, check out the market in the park in front of the building on Saturday mornings. Lots of restaurants and cafés in walking distance. Colleagues who came to pick me up for dinner had no trouble finding the building.

Excellent location, spacious, bright, restaurants on the first floor, 24-hour store just 100 meters away. The apartment delivers what it promises, in addition to having one of the best views of the old city, the fertilization and the sea. The owners are very nice and attentive. I would come back.

Juan is very friendly and quick to respond. He was very flexible. The apartment is great. I think the 24-hour check-in is a 10-point plus. Virtual entrance with 24-hour doorman. Keys with a code for a check-in and a check-out totally adapted to our needs. The apartment has everything you need. Spacious bathroom, nice electric curtains that block 100% of the light and silence at night. Thank you Juan.

The house was absolutely stunning! Paula was an amazing host—responsive, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the peaceful location, surrounded by beautiful old trees that gave it privacy and charm. The home itself was spacious with a wonderful open-concept layout. One of our favorite features was the kitchen dining area, where the large sliding doors opened up to the outdoor patio and pool area—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The backyard ofcourse was the star. The house had a few quirks, as homes sometimes do, but Paula was quick to answer any questions and made everything easy. My family loved our time there and we’ll definitely be back on our next trip down to UY!

Pablo's house is literally IMPECCABLE, the photos of the house look nice, but experiencing it is even better! Both Pablo, the owner, and Paola are wonderful hosts, always attentive to inquiries, very helpful, and flexible with check-in and check-out. Decorated like a magazine, with the luxury of a 5-star hotel but with the warmth of a home. Equipped with everything new, spacious, comfortable, clean, tidy, with everything you need for your stay and top-notch linens. The huge grill, with firewood to make a barbecue immediately and enjoy the outdoors in the cozy garden. The place is quiet, with permanent security and with the convenience of having one of the best beaches in Arenas de José Ignacio in front. A kids club 50 meters from the house, with playground games, zip line, soccer field, and a very nice pool. An immense pleasure as Pablo and Paola welcomed us, total thanks to both of them for their hospitality! A house to return to whenever we go to José Ignacio, 100% recommended!!

We had an exceptional stay at Santi's house near Santa Mónica. The house is a few steps from a super-quiet beach, so perfect for families and groups seeking a serene getaway. The house has everything you need for a beach holiday (eg, chairs, umbrellas etc). It's quiet/private, but still only a 10 minute drive to Jose Ignacio or 25 mins to La Barra. But the highlight of our experience was Santi, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, and answered in seconds when we needed anything. We'll stay again. Thank you!

A super enjoyable, spacious, comfortable house with everything you need to spend a few nice days. The location is unbeatable with direct access to the beach. We recommend it!

We simply love this place! m I felt totally at home. Beautiful Apt, with a breathtaking view of the marina, the spacious and super comfortable bed, rich kitchen in utensils, thick bath towel (different from other airbnb), clean and smelling bedding. In addition, the location is wonderful, two blocks of the market, ice creamer underneath, close to everything. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, we really came out very pleased! I had the feeling that the host thinks of all the details. I can say it was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed!!

I'll start with the apartment, comfortable, very well-equipped, the description and photos are just what I found. The building is very nice and conveniently located, walking distance to the promenade, shopping, bus stop for several lines, restaurant, ice cream parlor, pharmacy, butcher shop and supermarket no more than a 5-minute walk away. Santiago is an excellent host.

We had the joy of staying in the Cabaña de Anahí. While it was just two days, we are sure the minutes had more than sixty seconds. Time stopped to rest, relax, and connect with nature. The cabin is very well organized, it has everything we need. We enjoyed the grill tree and the barbecue area, and really enjoyed the experience of the Tina Nordic which was something wonderful, the mixing of the hot water with the cold autumn night. Anahí prepared everything for us! I could highlight more things such as Anahí's kindness and hospitality and disposition but I prefer to recommend that they DO not stop trying their delights. We chose a Brunch that was crazy, many rich and plentiful things for breakfast/lunch and even snack because it was toooo!!! Thank you for everything Anahí, we will definitely be back!!

The best views and locations in Punta del Este.

The apartment has everything described and more! Starting with the location and the view, which is SPECTACULAR. The photos don't do it justice. The apartment is really complete, it has everything and Juan Francisco is really attentive and helpful at all times. I would definitely come back. Highly recommended

Super good accommodation, spacious, nice, excellent view. Super comfortable for 4 people. The only detail is that the location is not convenient for someone who does not have a car for example. In my case, we if we had and less bad that we decided to rent it yourself in Montevideo and then go to Punta del Este because the accommodation is far from the coast or the center or restaurant or supermarkets. To consider if you will not have a car.

Modern and cozy apartment, clean, comfortable, safe area, trip by appointment to the American embassy and it was 4 blocks away, super close, it has a park 3 blocks away, the ramba within walking distance, you just cross the park on foot and you find the tourist bus stop to get to know Montevideo, next to the building there is a bakery, there is also a restaurant nearby. The concierge is very attentive. Mrs. Jenny is very kind and attentive, thank you very much for everything.
