Family-friendly vacation rentals in Urubamba Province

When I read other people’s reviews of Carolina’s house I thought “how could an Airbnb be this amazing?” Well, now I know! Between the location, the grounds, the vibe, the people, the house exceeds any other I have been to and we have been to many!!!! Carolina connected us with Marle to help with cooking and housekeeping for our stay. Her food was delicious and her attentiveness to our needs was beyond compare. Ferdinand is a gem. He was our driver during our stay in sacred valley. He was dependable, reliable and went above and beyond booking us guides on our day trips. One of the guides that Ferdinand was our own travel agent! Marle found my wallet that I left in the house and reached out to me and Ferdinand offered and then drove 2 hours to meet me and give me the wallet without charge!!! (We obviously gave him money as a thank you! ) But this is the kind of people working here. The beds were comfy, the grounds were magnificent and the house was spotless. Best rental one can find!

Excellent accommodation, as described, many amenities, an excellent place to be distracted and have a good time with the family, my children enjoyed the temperate pool to the fullest... Jaime always ready to help us. We highly recommend it

We loved our stay in the Sacred Valley at Miriam's. The place is exactly as described and true to the photos, with plenty of room for our group of 8 - but the setting even more marvelous than photos can convey. It was perfectly lovely to return to this peaceful, comfortable home after our long days of exploring and hiking. We really enjoyed adding the cooking services of Victoria (who is perfectly lovely, and a great cook). The house is walking distance to a little town square, but we didn't see too many restaurants nearby so we were very glad we added this meal option. Fantastic stay, we would rate it 6 stars if it were possible.

My friends and I came for a wedding, and we were blown away in every way! The house was beautiful, the accommodations were amazing, and it was just what we all needed. Thank you to Patrica, Luis, and Señora Cori for a wonderful time

As a group of 7 women we enjoyed our stay in the home. The surroundings are beautiful. We based here for a few days to explore the valley and MP. Appreciated the hosts recommendations for drivers, activities, a chef and meal delivery. We loved the chef dinner especially and the ATVing activity so fun. Thank you for a nice stay.

This place is much more beautiful then it shows in the photos. We had a really magical one week stay here with friends and family and really enjoyed the views, privacy and nature aspect of this property. My only suggestion is that if you want to use the hot tub - tell them before you arrive as it takes 24 hours to warm up and is setup by request only. We will definitely be renting this spot again! Absolutely loved it.

We had an amazing stay at Enrique’s place in Urubamba! It was walkable to everything in town, and both Enrique and Pierina were great hosts and made us feel welcome. I would highly recommend staying at this bnb!

what an enchanted beautiful place! if you are looking for a natire getaway in an authentic village, this is the place to go! the cabana is so rustic and beautiful. please be aware that the accommodation only uses fire and candle light. we loved it!!! perfect to detach and get away from the world the eucalyptus wood smells delightful the views are stunning the breakfast delicious. you dont get any of the tourist crowds because it's an authentic village. we recommend checking inkasal restaurant nearby and using the bicycles the accommodation offers. what a dreamy wonderful place! we will be back

Javiers place is very special, it is full of calm and healing energy, the house is spacious and handmade, the gardens around with plenty of places to sit and be and just connect to the earth and sky..very child friendly, we felt very much at home, there are natural streams all around and paths up the mountain..and Javier! So sweet and gracious and helpful, he was always available to answer our questions and assist us! We are happy to have met him and the ecological refuge, we would surely visit again and recommend to friends and family, a blessed experience. Thank you Javier

We loved our stay here! The views are stunning and the space is beautiful. We brought bean bag chairs into the kitchen to stargaze—it was magical. We hired a taxi for two days to explore the Sacred Valley, which worked out great. This is a remote, off-the-grid spot—peaceful, simple, and connected to nature. Breakfast is included, and dinner is available if arranged in advance. I recommend bringing snacks, drinks, or food to cook, as there aren’t shops or restaurants nearby. We wish we had taken more advantage of the kitchen. It is well-equipped and charming. Showers are heated with a wood-burning system. We had a little trouble starting it, but help came quickly. The only downside was the smoke smell inside. However, we kept our bags in the bathroom with the fresh eucalyptus they provided, and none of our belongings ended up smelling like smoke. If you’re sensitive to smoke, this might not be the best fit—but for us, it was a unique and unforgettable stay.

We had an amazing time at Refugio Maras. It felt like a very authentic experience close to nature. We loved watching sunset from the tree nets and breakfast was delicious. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

We loved the stay. If I could give 10 stars I would, it is certainly a little far from everything but the view is beautiful, the watchdog is so nice. Delicious breakfast included as well as veggie dinner. We felt right at home, the beds were comfortable, the fireplace, the candlelit atmosphere. Bike ride and 20 minutes from Moray, if I return to Peru I will definitely come back thanks for everything

This house is stunning! The inside and the outside even better! We had a great relaxing time and enjoy the outdoors area (especially traveling with a small kid). The location is super quiet and private but the access kinda tricky! Be prepare for a very narrow and uneven road. I think it would be important to mention that the house comes with a house keeper person who needs to be pay daily out of your reservation, and that is not optional. We loved to have help in the house, but raised up our budget, for sure. Other than that Bruno, Daysi and then Flora are great! And you are going to love to stay in here :)

I think the place was amazing, nice, clean. Just like they're shown in the photos. Melissa is a very attentive and very good host. I was happy and will be back anyway.

We had a hard time finding the property but to be fair, we arrived late at night and we were all completely exhausted. We'd driven 2 hours on rough, twisty bumpy roads to Cusco in the pitch black of night and just couldn't locate the Airbnb. Once I got a hold of Patty, she had the issue resolved in just minutes. Despite the hassle and the long bumpy drive we were rewarded with a delicious home cooked meal waiting for us. The house is absolutely spectacular and exceeded expectations. It is roomy, comfortable and tastefully designed. The gardens and view were gorgeous. Maria the housekeeper, is a sweetheart and really spoiled us tidying up while we all enjoyed the hot delicious breakfast she prepared for us every morning. Our party basically consisted of 8 adults and again, we had plenty of room. The location is a bit remote but daily outings/activities in the Sacred Valley are easily accessible. The hosts are all super accomodating throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Returned after two years and place continue to be a beautiful place in a beautiful city with lovely people. Will return again if possible.

This is the best place I have ever stayed! We hoped that Kaypacha would be a resting place and launch point to see the Sacred Valley. Little did we know the cottage would become the highlight of the vacation! A place conjured out of dreams - so whimsical, peaceful, and special. Dee and Efrain (and Bagel the dog) are the best of them - thank you for sharing your home, your hospitality, and your stories with us! We will be back!
