Ralph’s place was located in the heart of the city! Clean and the actual room matched on whats being posted. He assisted us from the moment we arrived and even allowed to check out late. We look forward to coming back in Yerevan and will definitely recommend Ralph’s pad.

Hayk foi gentil e atencioso todo o tempo, sempre nos escrevendo e dando dicas de onde ir. O quarto é bem localizado, você pode ir andando à vários pontos turísticos da cidade. Indico!

Hayk was an amazing Host, so friendly and responsive, and gave extremely good recommendations on what to do in Yerevan. Really enjoyed my stay here, very nice apartment, would definitely recommend!!
The open air balcony is furnished with two sleek chairs and a small round table. A view of a bustling cityscape is visible, showcasing rows of buildings and tree-lined streets below. The balcony railing provides safety while allowing for unobstructed sightlines.

The apartment is actually even prettier than on pictures, with every corner aesthetic and comfortable. Besides it has everything you need during a trip , better than in a 5* hotel. The building is secure and can be accessed only by inhabitants. The supermarket is right next to it, which makes it very comfortable. Taxi is very cheap in Armenia, you can get to the center in 10 minutes for just $2-3. The host is incredibly caring and made sure my stay was maximally pleasant and comfortable

This should be on your list of places to stay if you’re hiking in Armenia. Even if you don’t come prepared for hiking, like us, they can still help out with warm coat etc.

The place was great for our 8 days family reunion stay. There are everything you need in the kitchen if you decide to cook and a great barbecue in the garden. Lusine & Hasmik replied to our messages very quickly and were very helpful. We would definitely recommend to our friends to stay here and will be back when we are back in Armenia. Taxi fare to Yerevan is £8 and would take 30 to 40 minutes depending on traffic. It is very close to Garni Temple and Symphony of stones which are two popular historical sites to visit.
