I'm not exaggerating when I say it's one of the best places I've ever lived in A spacious apartment as if you are in your real home and it has everything Top pros: - Scenic view, - Exchange at the entrance of the building, - Most basic needs are met, - Washing machine, - The room is clean, - Check-in is very easy, - Quick response from the host, - Grocery stores and restaurants are not far from you and even next to you, but you need to walk (about 5 minutes) and there is a 24-hour supermarket as well as a 24-hour halal restaurant nearby, - Several tourist places around you: • Europe Square, • Beach, • Al-Arab Street, The only negative: Lack of bathroom slippers I will return to live in it if I visit Batumi again, God willing.. The amount for housing is very high and it is possible that it will increase more in the seasons.

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

Wonderful place. Everything you want and more. I couldn’t find one mistake. Her apartment looks like a piece of art. Every piece of furniture placed just where it should be. I enjoyed eating my breakfast while looking outside in a peaceful atmosphere. The only problem I had is to let it go. Building is new. Reception clean and secure well. You need to have a token to enter. Security cameras set up to insure your safety comes first. Outside the building looks organized and very clean. The Black Sea just a block away. To get to it, you go through fountain, beautiful walking bridge and if you love photos. You will have many beautiful views worth to capture for unforgettable moments of your life. Great place to stay for a longer time and work online. The internet works perfectly. About 50MBit stable. Just one block from the beach. Everything you need to buy and many restaurants are directly at your door. Ioseb is very friendly and usually responds in less than a minute to any message.

My stay in this apartment was absolutely amazing! It looks exactly like the photos, and the balcony is simply breathtaking—very high with a stunning view. Amazing super peaceful place. 20 meters from the famous magnetic beach, but feels like whole beach and sea is your privately owned, cz it’s empty and all for you. We would love to come back in the future!
