Comfortable 55m apartment in the heart of Jerez. Very bright, exterior and newly renovated. A large room with a 160 x 200 double bed with a closet and space to leave your luggage + a full-length mirror. A fully equipped bathroom, even with a hairdryer and bath gel... and the kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a double sofa bed and a comfortable armchair and dining table and chairs. We have internet and a 40" LED TV and... everything is new!

Located on the first floor without an elevator It has 3 large beds, 1 160 cm bed and 2 110 cm beds on the mezzanine Unlike most 1-bedroom apartments that have 1 bed plus a sofa bed with the inconvenience that it entails (other guests not being able to watch TV while those on the sofa bed sleep, having to assemble and disassemble it, etc.) It's a Plus!!!!

Very comfortable apartment. Clean and with air conditioning to withstand the heat of Jerez. Very well located, quite close to Plaza Plateros. The only downside is that it's smaller than it looks, but for the price, it's great.

The accommodation is new, well arranged and very clean. It is located about 1 km walk from the historic center of Jerez. There is a small free parking lot right next door for the car which is convenient. The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable as well as the sofa bed. Communication with Veronica was smooth and enjoyable. Her quick responses. Access is easy by elevator and access ramp which is nice when you have suitcases. I would recommend this hostess for a stay in Jerez

Spectacular weekend in Jerez, largely due to the unbeatable choice of accommodation, which is exactly as in the photos, very cozy and in a perfect location. The best thing has undoubtedly been the attention from Javier. Immediate responses, recommendations for restaurants in the area... all with a kindness worthy of a great host. I would definitely repeat! 10/10

Loved our stay here. Beautiful apartment right next to the beach and an amazing spot with some of the tastiest sea food! The air con was amazing too! Such a treat after a long day in the sun!

I have just stayed for 3 nights. From the beginning Manuel was clear with all instructions. Check in went smoothly. The apartment is very nice and spacious. Very clean with everything and more provided. The beds are super comfy. The apartment is in a great location and walkable to everything, shops, bars, cafes, restaurants very close, very quiet in the night so you are not disturbed. I had a car and there is bookable parking (via park click) right beside it, it worked out great. We loved our stay and will recommend to friends and family and when i return i will not hesitate to book again.

Fantastic little house, right next to the downtown area. We were super comfortable and well taken care of by Pilar. She left us a couple of welcome gifts in the house and she was very helpful and kind. Highly recommended!!
