Beautiful open plan house with garden and multiple atmospheres and warm light design, located inside Colonia de Sant Pere village in the Llevant Natural Park. A stunning scape to enjoy the summer and/or work remotely. Enjoy the wonderful surroundings any time of the year. Very close to the town centre and the sea and promenade. Nice views from the different house terraces, to village and sunset and to sunrise and mountains and sea, and a lounge area for yoga, pilates, meditation and reading.

Se encuentra a 150 metros de la playa de S'Estanyol, cerca de la playa virgen de arena de Sa Canova. La casa está situada en un solar unifamiliar y consta de una casita de unos 35 metros con terraza, jardín ducha exterior, jacuzzi de agua natural y mesa de pimpón. Está situado a 1 Km de La Colonia de San Pedro, donde hay bares y restaurantes.
