Vacation rentals in Urbanització s'Estanyol

The space was as advertised in the pictures is very peaceful and private. It’s a bit difficult to get in the ocean directly out the back door but a possible alternative is to walk two minutes down to the Sandy Beach to get in the ocean. The kitchen is fully stocked And the fresh fish you can get at the supermarket and cook yourself is delicious. The washer and drying machine are located enclosed outside and work well we had no issues with any of the facilities working as advertised. You are on the ground floor with this unit and there is another unit above you. You have your separate entrance and space though. Air-conditioning units in all the bedrooms and the main room work very well.

The place was just as beautiful as the pictures! Were in this accommodation for the first time, but nothing will have been the last time. The communication took place for the most part with Susanna, she also really warmly welcomed us in the accommodation and took care of everything that perhaps did not fit 100% from the beginning. That made the vacation almost perfect! 😁 Happy to stay again and again with Paula Massa's team.☺️

Our stay was simply awesome. From check-in to the end of our vacation, everything was perfect. There was nothing missing, the place was super clean and exactly as described. The location is great and you can quickly reach everything surrounding it, be it the beach, restaurants, bars, etc. The bicycles that you can use are also great. Apollonia was super polite, explained everything to us and also gave great recommendations for beaches and restaurants. We would come back. It's definitely worth booking this place.

This little corner of Miguel is magical. It exceeded our expectations! The pictures don't show how wonderful it is, believe me. Miguel should invest in professional photographs because the house is just wonderful and delicious. Mar on one side (a 10-minute walk from a sandy beach but we ended up bathing on the stone beaches in front of the house), mountain on another (the pool view was anything). From one of the rooms you can see the sea. And the room too! It is also 5 minutes from a village that has a supermarket and several restaurants. The villa is in a super quiet and family location. Outside the Crowds of Mallorca! The house is well prepared for groups. And there is a very large table in the room (which was set when we arrived) and several tables outside. We only enjoy two: that of the terrace in front of the kitchen (it is delicious! it has a fountain whose sound enchants) and that of the swimming pool. We were afraid the pool would be too much in the shade but no. Anyway, everything wonderful! Thank you, Miguel.

Everything was perfect, this place so special ! It is such a peaceful and well design home by the sea. My family had a wonderful stay in this quiet and welcoming little village People who live here are so kind, we really liked the supermarket near the beach and the restaurants around. It was a nice spot to run by the shore or swim in the calm and clear water in the morning. The sunset on the rooftop terrasse is stunning. We loved to start our day by sipping a coffee while we watch the sea all together The kids enjoyed the pool, the outside shower and the games.The house was very clean and carefully prepared. We arrived in the evening and found everything as expected. The next morning we could also enjoy the great view from the terrace. The house has everything we needed and we felt comfortable. Gabriel helped us very well, as the hot water heater had failed after a ghastly short power outage in the event of thunderstorms. Thank you Gabriel for letting us stay at your house. The cottage is in a very quiet area, no big hotels, almost no traffic (in April!) , nice cottages in the neighborhood (all of which were still empty). The property is very large, not insightful, great equipment with sun loungers, table tennis table, Kustrasen. Wirlpool. Everything in great condition! Kitchen well equipped, everything is there. (In the fridge there was a cake and one bottle of water and wine waiting for us!:)) Close to the beach / coast. Nice for hiking. Unfortunately, the construction site next door was the construction site next door. But the house will probably be ready soon and at least in the evening and on weekends there was peace. The landlords are easily accessible, friendly. Everything worked out great with the key box. We will be happy to come back!

We spent 10 wonderful days in Magdalena's apartment. The amenities are perfect and offer everything your heart desires. And the views are breathtaking. The apartment is quietly located but with only a 15-minute walk you can reach Alcudia Puerto with many restaurants and bars. The rooms are a bit small but equipped with large closets for clothes. The two showers/toilets are very comfortable. We immediately felt at home and would be very happy to come back. Thanks, Magdalena 🙏
