We offer a hot tub, heated pool, kayaks, and 10 miles of hiking, hunting, and horse trails.Boat ramp is located at the end of the driveway. We are located 30 minutes between Bloomington & Champaign. There is a $50 charge per day for each guest over 2 regardless whether they stay overnight. Guests must be 18+. Pool open May-Sept. PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE LISTING TO ENSURE IT MEETS YOUR NEEDS.

You can finish off your busy day gathering on the patio preparing dinner on the gas or charcoal grills, watching the sun set over the summer grain fields, or roasting marshmallows around the firepit.

The Charming Home: blocks to downtown, close to UI

My wife and I enjoyed Ian’s place and would come back for sure . We brought our bikes and location was great to get to downtown in 5 minutes, Campus another 10, and Urbana. The house was spotless with a unique layout. The lawn could’ve used some love, my short dog couldn’t use the backyard it was quite high for her. Didn’t matter as the neighborhood sidewalks were great to walk her. Everything was great, and happy we stayed at Ian’s.
