The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here at Airbnb. Fishing included. Scheduled lax. A fish is included in the rental rental then SEK 130/ lax. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely aside, large opening out to the terrace. Level 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, apple tv.

Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! Attention, not for partying groups!

The house is located in the middle of the Kingdom of Crystal in the natural surroundings of Småland with deep forests, a variety of lakes and hiking trails, as well as other attractions such as moose parks or glass workshops. The Baltic Sea and former Hanseatic city of Kalmar are about 40 minutes by car, as is the city of Växjo. Vi see us!;-)

Spacious and tasteful rooms and all you need to relax. 80 m to a small beach of your own and any number of great spots within walking or biking distance. 7 km to Braås with good supermarket. Grill and garden furniture. Wood fired sauna in the outhouse. A few basic bikes are there to use as is a rowing boat that is in the water June-Sep.

Here you can relax in the countryside. In the summer, the cows are in the meadow at the door and sometimes the deer. The cottage was originally a log loft and home for the farmhand. Now it is completely renovated with all the old materials we found on the farm. You can walk into the woods from the cottage. A supermarket is 5 kilometers away.

We had a wonderful time with Marc and Josefine. Really back to basic! The cottage is very basic but has everything you need. Our children especially loved the campfire spot! Marc knows a lot about the Swedish (edible) nature and a hike is definitely recommended. In short, a very nice experience that we won't forget.

We were in the cottage with our dog over New Year's Eve to escape the fireworks and were not disappointed... we didn't hear a single bang. We had a really nice time in the house and felt right at home and welcome. 😊 The house is super clean and well maintained and, especially in winter, very very cozy. Absolutely recommended and picture perfect.

Cosy house in a beautiful, quiet lakeside location. From the house you can walk over a trail to the lake (about 100 m). There are large stones on the shore; a beautiful swimming area with sandy beach (albeit relatively coarse), changing houses and lavatory can be reached via a footpath along the lake (about 300 m). In the forest next door, blueberries grow and in the nearby area also raspberries. To note, the (only) bathroom has no window and the ventilation was broken at the time of our stay, so could only be ventilated through the door. We and our children liked it very much and we are happy to recommend the house.

We had a great stay! Carl and Boba made us feel very wellcome an made everything possible for an unforgettable stay. Very friendly host! Carl gave us many recommendations. The house is very well furnished and Equiped with everything you need. quiet and peacful place 3 minutes walk to the lake. Beautiful place! surrounded by the forrest beautiful plants and green. many thanks!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely, very quiet cottage. The ovens make it a cosy place during winter and the house has a nice rural charm. The house is right next to a little forest circular walk and there are stunning lakes all over. The check-in experience was straight forward and Andreas is a helpful and friendly host. The cottage was clean and everything worked well.
