Fantastic place, spacious, clean and great outdoor decking and pool areas. House has all needed amenities including good laundry and is very private. Access was easy and plenty of parking available. Perfect for families. Location is 3 mins from Benowa Village shopping centre which is very convenient. Support and communication from Janett was also great. We had a wonderful stay!

We would highly recommend Annie‘s place in South Brisbane and hope to stay again. The location is perfect. It is walking distance to supermarkets and cafes, 10 minutes to the Southbank Beach and the start of the Arts precinct, 10 minutes in the other direction to the fabulous cafes and shops of Boundary Street in West End. You can comfortably walk into the city in 20 minutes. It is also very well supported by public transport. We stayed for nine nights and did not need a car at all. The house is beautifully decorated, with interesting art and books. And as people who really enjoy cooking we found the house very well set up, with all necessary equipment and generous supplies. Beds were comfortable. Getting in and out of the property was a breeze with coded access and no need for keys. Our hosts were very responsive. All in all a most enjoyable stay.

Our stay at “Art Heart” was delightful. The apartment is beautifully presented and very comfortable. Communication with Mark was very easy, clear and helpful. We were attending a very special family event in the area and having the apartment as our home base for 2 nights was wonderful. I highly recommend a stay and would love to return in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Lisa’s place as a family of three (two adults and one child), and we all had a great time. The swimming pool was a highlight for us – it was clean, inviting, and the quiet surroundings made it extra relaxing. We were also delighted to find a fantastic wine and cheese platter waiting for us upon our arrival, which made us feel welcome and right at home. Lisa is an outstanding host; she responded to our messages very quickly and was always friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The accommodation itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities for a pleasant stay. We particularly loved the cozy atmosphere and how clean and well-maintained everything was. We genuinely enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend Lisa’s place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We hope to have the chance to come back and stay again in the future!

Booked this AirBnb due to close proximity to our wedding venue. Groom and groomsmen stayed here the night prior to the wedding. I did not read the listing correctly and was unaware the the sleeping arrangement is one large bedroom with multiple beds, dorm style! Whoops. This was written on the listing however may need to be made clearer. The house and grounds itself was lovely and beautiful views.

Christine & Andy were wonderful hosts! They responded quickly and clearly to all of our questions and were very welcoming ☺️ We will definitely recommend their place to friends and family and will likely come back ourselves 💕

Our stay was amazing!! The location was very central to everything and came with a bit of noise - as expected when you are in the heart of everything. Oxy’s communication was five star all the way!! The beds were comfortable, pillows great, kitchen well equipped and plenty of basic supplies to see us through. I would highly recommend and would stay again. Just to note the car park was a bit tight but certainly manageable. We had an SUV and just had to be careful when parking. Thanks for the Tim Tams too!

Cannot recommend this place enough, it’s so clean and cute. Perfect location, beautiful property and the host is beyond accommodating. She went out of her way to help us, was so responsive and kind. So friendly and welcoming. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!

Lana was super lovely, very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The place was very clean on arrival and great location. Pet friendly which was amazing for us as we are traveling with our cat!

We ended up having to stay for 3 weeks and it worked out perfectly! The place is just far enough out of the hustle and bustle to be quiet and peaceful and still within an hour of the CBD, Palm Beach, Tambourine Mountain and everywhere we wanted to explore. 10min to supermarket, pub and laundromat. It was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was super cozy, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking dinners at home. Rachel was super welcoming and responsive, checking in was a breeze and it just really felt like a home away from home. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and highly recommend it!

Our family of 5 plus 2 grandparents came on a holiday to visit the theme parks on the Gold Coast. Amy's house was in a fantastic location for that, we also had so much room in the house as a large family. Everything we needed was in close proximity. We definitely enjoyed our stay. I will say, if our stay was in the middle of summer, we would have struggled with only 1 refrigerative air conditioner in the main bedroom and 4 other bedrooms with ceiling fans only (lounge room downstairs has a split system) - but that is just a personal preference. Would recommend Amy's house to families for sure.

We are hard to please, valuing tasteful decorating, cleanliness, a comfortable bed and quality pillows and bed linen. This little cottage had it all. We had a good stay in spite of the rainy weather. The only thing lacking was a mop so we could clean the dogs paw prints off the floor before we left.

The house was incredibly clean, cozy and peaceful. We appreciated all the thought that the hosts have put into making our stay comfortable - the fluffy towels and robes, the bedroom slippers, the complimentary wine, bread and spreads. Highly recommend for a wonderful and luxurious stay!!

Host was really generous and left bread, eggs, butter, milk, juice, coffee, tea for us. lovely cosy place. they also left lots of brochures on where to go, things to do. very helpful

Maria's place was excellent. There were 5 of us staying for 5 nights, and we were very happy with the place. Clean, well appointed, and easy to live wth. the pool was clean and tidy. The main living area was great. Beds were comfortable. Highly recommended.
