We had an incredible stay at Waterfall Drive, Wongawallan. The property is an absolute haven — tucked away in the scenic Gold Coast hinterland, yet still close enough to shops and coastal attractions. The home itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and designed to make the most of the surrounding natural beauty. Waking up each morning to the sounds of nature and expansive views of the rolling hills was a true highlight. The outdoor areas are stunning, perfect for relaxing with a coffee or wine, and the peaceful atmosphere makes it feel like your own private retreat. Inside, the layout is both functional and luxurious — ideal for families or couples looking for space, comfort, and privacy. The kitchen was well-equiped.

Such a beautiful stay here over the weekend. such a nice big spacious home with everything you need. would definitely stay here again!!

Fantastic property in a beautiful spot. Only thing to note for future guests is that while the property is fully fenced, if you have smaller pets they may be able to fit through gaps in the fence so you need to keep an eye on them, especially the gate to the property which is on the main road as the yard isn’t fenced off from the driveway.

We had a wonderful stay at the Little Red Barn. Beautiful views and location. Comfy beds and lovely furnishings. We enjoyed a couple of swims in the pool in the relaxing surrounds. Would love to visit again.

The Hill House was a beautiful one night stay, would've happily stayed longer. Beautiful views back over the hills watching the sunset and moonrise. Very spacious, eclectic and interesting decor. Simple breakfast of cereals, milk, bread and spreads provided. And several pieces of fruit and some dips in the fridge also. Definitely recommend

Absolutely magical stay, we didn’t want to leave. Such a beautiful space that had everything we needed! The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kids loved the pool, kitchen was really well equipped and the location was perfect for us as we had a wedding right around the corner. 5 mins from the beach and cafes too. Will hopefully be back for another weekend stay soon!

The pictures do not do this place justice! Such an incredible house, beautifully renovated and styled. We loved using the sauna, hot tub and pool. The doggos also loved the huge yard to run around in. We can’t wait to come back again!

The bed was large and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was very generous and delicious. The local pub had excellent meals and service. It was a great stopover on our drive from Cairns to NSW.

Our stay was magical. The surrounds and views from our cottage were amazing and breathtaking. The styling was something special and suited the cottage. All the little things that Roslyn did, made it so welcoming and cozy. A HUGE thank you, for making our stay so memorable and relaxing. We will be returning.

We had a wonderful 3 day stay with family and friends to share an 80 th birthday. Our ages ranged from 1 year old to 80 and all ages in between and everyone had a wonderful time. The kitchen with its cooking facilities, crockery, cutlery, glassware etc. was everything we needed and more. The pizza oven was a treat as was the BBQ. The children loved the well stocked dress up box, the spa and the grounds for running around and being active. The pool table and table tennis were well used and there were many cosy areas to sit and chat or have quiet time. The train was very cosy and the beds so comfortable. Those who camped enjoyed the shady area under the macedamia trees. There were so many quirky, interesting additions and decorative features to the various areas especially the Irish Pub which was a popular venue for nightly games. We would recommend this accommodation and venue wholeheartdely. The hosts are very welcoming and always responsive. Thank you.

My family and i absolutely adored this house. It had everything we needed! The kitchen is amazing for cooking! The pool,spa and views were beyond my expectation! Felt like a big warm hug and I’m so glad I chose here to bring in my 50th. Will definitely be back in the future. The place is Devine! Such a beautiful home and surroundings! ThAnkyou so much

My family and I loved our farm stay weekend away. The cottage is comfortable and has everything you could want and more. The property is beautiful and we had a great time exploring it. Our two boys loved Moo the dog and feeding all the animals with Leonie. We would love to stay here again!

Absolutely amazing and secluded part of the world. We loved it, and would love to come back some time when it's warmer to make use of the swimming hole. The cottage was much bigger than it looks in the photos, and the property is stunning. Photos don't do the place justice.

Cosy Brooke Cottage is a beautiful property to stay . The cottage had the fire already going so it was warm and cosy . Karen and Paul greeted us and were so friendly and helpful . The cottage is beautiful inside with so many lovely personal touches . The pantry is so well stocked , and the breakfast hamper plentiful . I booked myself in to stay in the yurt for a week. It was just what I needed, some much needed time out without distractions and all the noise of society. I had a wonderful night by the fire in the hammock under the stars. Did some lovely hikes and highly recommend Farmer and Sun cafe in Gympie for some local farm produce. Plenty of gluten free options if that’s your thing. Really enjoyed my visits from Lochie the lab, he seemed to think I needed company and I didn’t mind at all! His presence was very comforting. Thanks for letting me feed the horses Peter! Connecting with them really made my day as well. 2 nights listening to the rain was a really lovely way to end my stay also. I highly recommend Barb and Peter’s yurt, for getting back to nature yet having the comfort of a warm bed and a hot shower. I’d love to come back in Spring and go feed the dolphins at Tin Can Bay. Thanks very much for my week of serenity!

My first experience in a tiny home, it was wonderful. I loved all the thoughtful details, organic tea, Granola, books. the place was very clean, I'll be back for sure :)

We just spent 3 nights at Two Rabbit Hill and couldn't recommend this place highly enough. We had such a great stay. The property is so beautiful from the cabins, to the furnishings to the picturesque views all around the property. It was quiet, peaceful & had everything we needed. We went with our son & his wife and we both brought our dogs, who had an absolute ball. It was so comforting to know that the property was 100% fully fenced, so didn't worry about them getting out. There are gorgeous horses that come up to the fence and lot's of roos too! Joanne met us as we arrived and was very welcoming & helpful and checked in with us via the Airbnb app to see if we needed anything else. The attention to detail in the cabins is really lovely. My daughter and I absolutely loved our stay at Russell's place. It truly is a hidden gem, so peaceful and very private and safe. Beautiful private north facing outlook. Everything was perfect for us, comfortable beds, very spacious place and filtered rain water was a bonus. We had everything we needed but the highlight was the deck overlooking a lovely green grassy area with beautiful lily clad dam. Such a relaxing place to sit. The birdlife was wonderful and there is excellent walks in the area. I highly recommend this place if privacy and peace and quiet is important to you. Russell was a very responsive, helpful host but respected our privacy totally. Awesome stay thank you Russell!
