The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Quiet granny apartment in Offenburg

The newly renovated spacious apartment is centrally located and a 5-minute walk to the train station. The city of Offenburg offers a nice pedestrian zone and surroundings worth seeing. Excursions to the Black Forest, Freiburg, Europa-Park or Alsace are available. Parking is available near the property in public parking lots (for a fee Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm). Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely accommodated.

Until there is no 5 minute walk. Zell lies at 426 m and is framed by hills and mountains to over 1000 m altitude. It is a small town with good shopping and good connection to bus and train. Modern apartment on a dairy farm. The apartment is in a separate building on our secluded farm ensemble. Spacious terrace and free view to the valley invites you to relax. You don't hear any street or cars and yet relativeley close to train station or shopping (5km). You can reach restaurants by foot (15 min). Ideal starting point for hiking tours, city trips or just relaxing.

Four seasons on the farm

The spacious apartment is located in the rear lower part of the detached house. It is accessible via a narrow paved path (in progress but accessible) from the driveway. The apartment is bright and has a terrace in front of the apartment doors. The view is directed into the courtyard and the old apple orchard. Please take a close look at the pictures.
