This tiny Cottage offers a peaceful, cozy and private getaway with a lovely mountain view deck shaded by beautiful oaks. Note the Cottage is tiny, 160 sq. feet. It is simply appointed with a "cabin" feel. It is perfect for a solo traveler or cozy couple with a double (not queen) bed, mini kitchen, and tiny living room. The studio is ideal for business or vacationing as it is located between the many businesses in Goleta and the numerous attractions in Santa Barbara.

Take an early morning stroll along the bluffs above the ocean waves in the iconic college beach town of Isla Vista. Our cozy studio retreat is a perfect home base for exploring the beautiful Santa Barbara area beaches, Spanish-style downtown, mountain hiking, and coastal foothills. We are a ten minute walk from Devereux beach, UCSB and its lagoon, and only an 8 minute drive from both the Santa Barbara airport and Goleta Amtrak station.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space with great mountain views. In this very large private studio, with a king bed, twin bed, living room, bathroom, and kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and 2-burner electric cooktop). We live on the property (separate area from Airbnb) and can assist with any needs. We're on a quiet mountain road, while easy to get downtown and freeway.
