My terraced house with the name "Avalon" is situated in Bremen-Findorff, easily accessible to the main station as well as on foot as by a short bus ride. It only takes 15 minutes by bus, 10 by bike or half an hour on foot to reach the historic sights of the old town centre. Likewise you can easily reach the motorway, the city hall and the congress centre. A large supermarket, health food store as well as many other shops are in the vicinity, likewise restaurants of different nationalities. Despite the proximity to the town centre you enjoy a very quiet location. The street in which you can find my house is a one way road and has little traffic. Pretty fore gardens of the houses with brick facades display a pleasant environment. Bremen-Findorff is located next to the large and central Bürgerpark and the city forest and lake. It´s just a stone´s throw away from "Avalon" and there you can enjoy a good walk or do some jogging. The comfortably furnished non-smoker apartment has a double bed (1,40 m x 2 m). You also have a bedside table, a floor lamp, a desk with a chair, an open wardrobe for hanging in clothes, with a large mirror, a chest of drawers, a green plant, CD-player, radio, WiFi and a well-filled bookshelf at your disposal. Underfloor heating provides you with pleasant warmth. From the living-room you look onto a green back garden with an old apple tree. The apartment is situated in the basement. From the street you walk down a few steps, to the back garden you are at ground level. Next to the living-room you find a kitchen with fridge, small electric stove, sink, a light wooden table and two wicker chairs. Crockery and cooking utensils to prepare some food are available in a built-in cupboard. There is also a shower installed. A corridor with light tiles leads to the toilet, tiled in warm shades. "Avalon" is a non-smoker house!

Nice apartment on the 2nd floor of a Bremen terraced house in Altfindorff. Bathroom with shower, mini-kitchen & covered balcony. This special place is close to everything: supermarket, weekly market, pharmacy, etc., 10-minute walk to the Congress & Exhibition Center, 10 minutes by bus to the train station & 15 minutes to the city or the Weser (Schlachte). However, quietly located, close to the Bürgerpark & Torfkanal. Many activities & restaurants are right outside the door.

Everything was as described. We felt comfortable Friendly and quiet area. Lots of cyclists, within walking distance to restaurants and swimming pool (indoor and outdoor). We will be happy to come back. Gülhan responded to inquiries at lightning speed.

Was one night in Bremen, and the apartment suited me great.😊 A small sweet attic apartment with a really large balcony and great views of the courtyard. Really nice! Sabine was able to help me with all questions and always responded quickly. Can only recommend the apartment, it is also directly connected to train and bus:)

I had an amazing stay with Shin during my study tour in Bremen, everything is super close by and it is super lively! Definitely a gem, also for longer stays. Hope to stay here again in the near future!

My stay with Marlene and Annegret couldn't have been better. The experience exceeded my expectations. They are very kind and welcoming, they welcomed me very well and always treated me very well. Marlene took me to see the city and helped me with some German bureaucracies. In addition, sometimes they left delicious food for me to eat, which was very kind of them. I am very grateful for the kindness they both had with me and I highly recommend the accommodation. The location near the tram station makes getting around much easier as well.

Very nice apartment, spacious room, even better than on photos. Quiet neighbourhood, I slept very well. There were coffee and tea available in the kitchen, nice welcome.
