William’s cabin is like something out of a movie. The cabin itself is beautiful, made with exceptional craftsmanship. The floors are all hardwood, but our dogs had no problems with it (they usually won’t walk on wood floors). The location is so peaceful, I’d never guess how close we were to shops - but William left a binder with minimal, easy house instructions and lists of all sorts of local attractions - farms, wineries, restaurants, and so on. Everything appliwas as described and worked perfectly. The grounds are almost park-like, but there’s no doubt you’re in nature. We heard barred owls near the cabin at night, and down by the river by day are kingfishers, herons, pileated woodpeckers, and all the usual smaller birds. Obviously, bring bug spray, as with everywhere that’s more rural. There are hiking trials nearby, & the cabin is easy walking distance to the Appalachian trail - if you take it heading west, you’ll get gorgeous views. Overall, 10/10 can’t wait to come back

We had a great stay at Laura's place! They were great hosts that were very responsive and helpful and their barn themed home is great - it's new, very well decorated, and immaculately clean. The backyard was big - it rained most of our trip so we didn't use it much but was a great space our kid otherwise would have played a lot in. H It's right next to a deli/sandwich shop that we got breakfast sandwiches and YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE BELLVALE CREAMERY! It's one mile away and has the best view you'll ever have while eating ice cream. We've stayed at a lot of airbnb's and would 10/10 recommend this one if you're coming to the area.

The Nordic Cabin was the perfect setting for my husband and I to celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary. The cabin is beautiful and the modern design, furnishings, and decor really stand out. Instructions of how to get into the cabin and the pitcures provided made check in and check out a breeze. The kitchen was well stocked. A bottle of white wine and a few treats were left for us. The kitchen offered different spices, oils, milk, and eggs. Kitchen utensils, pots/pans, dishes, cups, glasses, etc are provided, as well as cleaning supplies. The bathroom was stocked with toiletries. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the cozy living room and slept well in the beautiful bedroom. Last, I have to say that the first time we opened the gate at night, after dinner in Warwick, and saw all of the outdoor lights on, really made it feel like we were entering an enchanted garden. Would definitely come back!! Thank you Kamil and Margaret!!

Stayed here with two metal bands doing a short NY/PA tour, using this spot as a central location to return to every night. Clean, spacious enough and furnished enough to sleep 10 people across our crew. If you have a long vehicle (van + trailer), it will require some skill to pull into the driveway. Any normal sized vehicle will do just fine. Host was responsive and clear with instructions, and everything was immaculate. Thank you so much for having us.

Our stay exceeded expectations. The instructions to get in were simple and clear. The condo was clean, welcoming, and filled with games to enjoy. The price was excellent compared to other similar units, and Adam communicated promptly to any questions. There were no noisy neighbors, the central air, dishwasher, and everything we used worled perfectly. The bed in the bedroom downstairs was so comfortable that I almost asked Adam for the make so we could replace our guest ned with the same mattress. We had no complaints or concerns whatsoever, amd would absolutely stay again. We travel often, and unless you are impossible to please, we cant imagine anyone not being satisfied with their stay at Adam's condo!

I needed a getaway after a long stretch at work and was looking for something remote and peaceful—Grayson’s place was absolutely perfect. It gave me everything I needed for a truly restful and recharging stay. He’s clearly put a lot of thought into every detail of the space, and it shows. I’m genuinely grateful for the care and intention that went into making this such a great experience. Highly recommend!
