Vacation rentals with beach access in Union Island

William's oceanfront apartment just south of Hillsborough was a perfect spot to relax and walkable into town. The ocean views were fabulous and being able to walk to a nearly empty beach every day was paradise. William was available with questions and he even tried to get me a rental car when another option fell through.

I had the luxury of spending 9 days at Lydia’s View. I am working remotely and needed peace and quiet, I could not have discovered a more suitable place. Beautiful interior with new appliances and a pristine/fully stocked kitchen. Very comfortable bed, great shower. The views are like something out of a fairy tale. Expansive blue sea, easily walkable to beaches w/ plenty of shade (and few/no people), and a beautiful yard right outside your door that was thoughtfully designed with picnic tables, swings, lounge chairs, etc. Birds singing, cool breezes, private patio. An amazing retreat. The host, Asunta, deserves 10 🌟’s. She has gone above and beyond to ensure my working time is undisrupted, bringing me groceries every few days, always providing everything I need the moment I need it. Truly superb host 🌟 . Her daughter (Lydia) is a literal ray of sunshine. If you are seeking a more private/peaceful (and lux) experience in lieu of hotels etc, this is it. Thank you Asunta and Queen Lydia

Isla Vista Apartment was great. Jacqueline and Neville saved our trip. After checking into a different AIRBNB on the island we wanted to get out immediately. We called Jacqueline who immediately answered and within 15 minutes we were at Isla Vista with Neville greeting us. The apartment was immaculate. The views we wondered, Conch restaurant 5 minute walk below directly on the beach. They say Canouan is the place Billionaires go to get away from millionaires. If your not a billionaire, you need to stay at Isla Vista Apartments!

Bogles Round House is a lovely property in a beautiful location by the sea. Rooms are large, with a roomy covered outside space, really peaceful area and comfortable bed. Roxanne is a lovely person but has a lot on with running Bogles, two restaurants and helping people with the rebuilding after the hurricane. This does mean though that guests must accept that they need to be independent and not expect 5 star service. Breakfast is great but not always available, and the restaurant was not open during our stay. It would have been really helpful to know this on the listing which would make guest arrival much easier. Most shops and restaurants haven’t yet re-opened, so using a hire car or the local buses is the only way to get around. Having said that, everyone on the island we met were friendly, helpful and positive so we were so pleased we stayed for 5 days. And there are a few really good restaurants-The Slipway in Argyl is great, as was Paradise Beach Bar. Come and visit!

We've stayed at places with great views, but never from both sides of the property. At Atlantic Breeze, you can see the Atlantic from the front door and the Caribbean (and the port) from the awesome porch! It's amazing, especially the Atlantic side on a clear night! You're in the middle of Canouan neighborhood life, not behind the gates of a resort. It's an invigorating walk up and down the hill to the restaurants and the minimart, as well as to the picture perfect windswept Caribbean beach on the backside. Cas was incredibly helpful in making sure our stay was smooth, including setting us up with someone to take us to the Tobago Cays and ensuring we could on the ferry to Bequia. But heck, everyone we interacted was friendly, including locals we asked for directions. Also, I'm going to second bringing sufficient Eastern Caribbean dollars, as our ATM card didn't work, either, and most places didn't accept credit cards. Thankfully, Canouan has a Western Union. Teena var en fantastisk vert. Hentet oss da vi sto av på feil plass første kvelden. Alltid tilgjengelig, personlig og vennlig. Leiligheten var praktisk og hyggelig med alt av utstyr. Vi kunne vandre i hagen og fikk av urter og frukt der. Akkurat så privat og fredelig som vi ønsket oss. Vi fikk gode tips om opplevelser og stedet var utmerket utgangspunkt for å utforske Carriacou til vanns og på land Dessuten: Teena lager den beste pizza vi noen gang har spist!! Er glad vi glemte bikinien der slik at vi har en god grunn til å komme raskt tilbake. Anbefaler stedet for deg som vil ha autentiske opplevelser og omgås fine mennesker.

Wilma ist eine liebenswerte Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns jeden Abend gafragt, ob es uns an etwas fehle. Im Badezimmer fanden neue Zahnbürsten, Zahnpasta, Shampo, Conditioner, Bodywash. Bodylotion und Seifen. Wir hatten eine Waschmaschine und bekamen sogar Waschpulver. Für uns ist sie ein super, super, super Host. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Hurricane Beryl hit Carriacou while we were there. The entire island is devastated. Hosts Scott & Reniza went above & beyond to keep us safe and provided alternative lodging when their place was storm damaged. Good people. We pray for them & all the people in Carriacou.

Loved staying at this location and the host was superb! I was most appreciative of the communication and instructions prior and during our stay. The views are breathtaking and location is central to shops, restaurants and marinas. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks David and Ayeesha!

Lovely accommodation with amazing views! Very peaceful surroundings and a short 10 minute walk into town with supermarkets and restaurants. The kitchen has lots of equipment and utensils so easy to self cater there are a number of food shops, a market and stalls selling fruit and vegetables in town. Deefer divers is a short walk if you want to dive or snorkel. There is a small beach accessed through the garden of the Green Roof hotel next door where you can swim and snorkel. The hotel does lovely food too.

Another Fantastic Stay! This was our second time staying at Aliz Paradise, and We couldn’t be happier! Just like our first visit, everything was perfect. The space is incredibly comfortable and well-maintained, and the location is ideal for exploring the area. We are visiting after Carriacou was hit by hurricane Beryl (July 2024) and it’s great to see so many things are back up and running. Carriacou is definitely ready to welcome visitors. Our host was amazing—always so welcoming and attentive to any needs we had. We truly felt at home. We appreciated the little touches that made our stay even more enjoyable, from the thoughtful amenities to the helpful local recommendations. We had another fantastic experience, and we can’t wait to return again! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and inviting getaway. Thank you for another lovely stay!

I can’t imagin a better place to stay at in Union: amazing beautiful views, exquisite and cozy decoration, clean, perfectly located, and with the best host! Corina helped us with everything we needed and gave us great reccomendations, she even had a lovely gift for us at the end of our stay. We’d love to be back! 🌴😊🌊

Denise is such a lovely lady, everything was as expected. She collected me from the airport and her place was exactly like the pictures. What a lovely view from the balcony. It’s close to a couple of nice restaurants and the walk along the road to the harbour and shops isn’t too far. It’s a great spot for Tyrell bay and i had such a great time at carnival. If you want a nice quiet spot for a few days in paradise, stay here.

Our stay at Villa La Pagerie in Carriacou was nothing short of spectacular. This stunning villa is perfectly situated right above the water, offering breathtaking views and direct access to a nearly private beautiful beach {other than occasional local fishermen!} The setting is pure tranquility—waking up to the sound of gentle waves and enjoying sunset cocktails with a plunge pool and an uninterrupted ocean view felt like a dream. The villa itself is spacious, impeccably maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Every detail has been carefully considered and the staff is incredible. EllieMae chef is THE BEST WE HAVE EVER MET. Abia w/ Comfort Touch Massage is also INCREDIBLE and comes to the house. The hosts were welcoming, responsive, and ensured we had everything we needed for a seamless and unforgettable stay. 5 out of 5 recommend! If you’re looking for a slice of paradise in Carriacou, Villa La Pagerie is an absolute gem. We can’t wait to return!

Ann and her husband is my best hosts so far, we were treated like family. Being there felt like a home away from home. The environment was clean, with a view that made you want to just relax and never leave. We could smell the fresh air and there was a constant breeze. Inside the apartment was extremely clean and had all the comforts we needed. Thank you Ann and Mr.Fitzroy for taking care of us, even dropping us to town to get our bus.
