Super séjour dans l'appartement de Elsa et Manuel. Manuel nous a très bien accueilli et a été très réactif. Quant à l'appartement il était top. Très propre, très beau. Je recommande.

From the moment we made contact, our hosts made us feel truly welcome. Their kindness, thoughtfulness, and warm hospitality turned our first trip to Portugal into a very special experience. The accommodation was exactly as described — a charming, traditional home set on a vast plot of beautiful land. It felt incredibly secure with two gates, and the setting allows you to enjoy complete privacy or connect with the hosts and animals as much as you like. It really does cater to what you need as a family. The house had everything we needed for cooking, and the thoughtful touch of a few essentials in the fridge on arrival was much appreciated. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and we slept well throughout our stay. Our children especially loved meeting the animals and being shown around the grounds — it was such a unique and memorable part of the holiday for them.

De facto não me surpreendeu pelos comentários que já tinha lido. Casa extremamente cheirosa, acolhedora com imensos jogos para se entreter mesmo em dias chuvosos como tivemos. Reservei o espaço para uma despedida de solteiro. Posso afirmar que todas as 11 pessoas ficaram extremamente contentes com a casa, disponibilidade do sr. Marcos e restante equipa, limpeza, comodidades e principalmente a localização da casa. Era exatamente o que procurávamos, para o tipo de férias que queríamos fazer. Fomos sempre muito bem aconselhados, informados, bem recebidos, não nos faltou nada. Uma terra linda, com atividades e locais de visita obrigatórios. Uma boa relação preço-qualidade para quem procura um bonito refúgio da vida de cidade. Muito obrigado. Voltaremos.

Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the cozy linens to the stocked kitchen. The space was even more beautiful than the photos, and the atmosphere was peaceful, warm, and inviting. Rui is incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable. Communication was clear and prompt. The location was also perfect, quiet and relaxing, yet close to everything we wanted to explore. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful place with an amazing host!

José était très proactive et aimable. Dû à nos horaires de vol, on avait besoin d'un "early check-in" et d'un "late check-out" pour nos bagages, José nous a donné la possibilité de déposer nos valises dans la maison tout de suite après notre arrivée et pour le départ, nos valises ainsi que nous-mêmes avons pu rester plus longtemps dans la maison. José était très serviable et toujours à l'écoute pour satisfaire ses "locataires". Merci pour cette belle expérience.

Un tout grand merci à Pedro et Susana pour leur accueil! Leur maison est un véritable petit coin de paradis et Espondende est vraiment un chouette endroit pour passer les vacances! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

Aurora was a fabulous host, very accommodating & friendly. We loved our time staying at Casa Lima. The place was in a private and beautiful location, which hosted a group of 11 people. We enjoyed having fresh bread delivered by Aurora daily, which made for a lovely experience. The place was clean and tidy with lots of space. All bedrooms had bathrooms, the kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals, and we enjoyed swimming in the pool.

Casa perfeita para uns dias de descanso com amigos ou família! Espaçosa, bem cuidada e com muito espaços verdes. O acesso à casa é simples e a propriedade não fica muito longe do centro de Braga, o que facilita passeios e acesso a supermercados e outros serviços.

Die Unterkunft liegt auf einem Berg am Waldrand. Für Leute die einen ruhigen Urlaub wollen ist das optimal. Man kann vor Ort in den Garten und im Hof kann man wunderbar Essen und Grillen. Nuno hat uns bei Fragen rund um die Gegend geholfen und die Wohnung selbst ist auch schön.

Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Fotos beschrieben und André hat uns sehr zuvorkommend und überaus freundlich empfangen. In der Küche stand frisches Obst und Eier bereit. Wir haben auch den wunderschönen Pool sehr genossen und uns auf den Liegen entspannt. André hat uns gute Tipps für Restaurants in der Gegend gegeben und war auch immer sehr hilfsbereit. Es ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder diese Unterkunft wählen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa de Vilar de Rei where we spent two weeks as a family. If you are looking for a peaceful oasis surrounded by nature and a place to completely switch off from the world, this is it. Marta and her father Daniel were the perfect hosts - responsive, helpful and kind. Our 1-year-old son had the time of his life riding Daniel's tractor, meeting the chickens, and picking fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden. The pool is shared with the other house but there is plenty of space for everyone and we had very nice neighbours during our stay. There are lots of places to sit and relax or read in the garden - day beds, swings, benches, or the veranda with a beautiful view of the surrounding fields. The garden is also full of herbs and lemon trees. The house inside is very well equipped, and the bed linen and towels are immaculate. We had a fantastic time and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this little piece of countryside heaven. Thank you Marta and Daniel!

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Traumhaus von Jose André genießen dürfen! Die Aussicht ist absolut spektakulär, Haus und Garten sind wunderschön und die Gastgeber sind sehr liebe und herzliche Leute. Jose André und seine Frau haben uns auf die herzlichste Weise empfangen, die man sich nur vorstellen kann. Sie haben uns ein äußerst reichhaltiges Mahl zubereitet, für das Abendessen und auch für das Frühstück am Folgetag. Soviel Gastfreundschaft haben wir auf der gesamten Welt noch nicht gesehen und wir waren schon auf allen Kontinenten in vielen Ländern. Das ist mit großem Abstand die beste Unterkunft, die wir besuchen durften! Wenn Sie überlegen, Portugal zu besuchen, ist dies eine absolute Empfehlung! Unvergesslich schön.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. L'appartement était impeccable et très confortable, avec une bonne literie. Prima verblijf in de oude Watermolen. Lekker groot afgesloten privé terrein. Aan de zijkant van de Molen is een flinke overkapping met barbecue. Metrostation naar Porto in de buurt. Langs de Watermolen is een snel stromend beekje. Dat geeft een rustgevend sfeertje. Heel erg vriendelijk host. Communicatie verliep via de App. Om vragen had je in no time een reactie.

Wir haben einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in Paulas Haus genießen dürfen. Mir fällt kein einziger Kritikpunkt ein. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die äußerst herzliche Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin, die liebevolle Einrichtung und die 100%ige Sauberkeit. Vielen lieben Dank und hoffentlich auf Wiedersehen!

A truly memorable stay. The landscape was breathtaking — wildflowers, birdsong, horses, and morning mist over the valley created a dreamlike atmosphere. The spa facilities and infinity pool, set against stunning views, were especially restorative. The cabin is compact but surrounded by natural beauty. We loved waking to the sounds of birds and nearby waterfall — simply idyllic. There was occasional noise from grounds maintenance, but it didn’t detract too much from the overall impression. The host was communicative and flexible with our arrival time. Thoughtful touches like the welcome wine and chocolate cake made us feel right at home. Everything was smooth and easy, and we found some fantastic local restaurants. The surrounding area is full of charm, with quiet walks, friendly people, and views we’ll never forget. We spent our days exploring and simply soaking it all in. This place made us fall in love with Portugal — we’re already looking forward to returning. Thank you!

Un très bel appartement. Extrêmement bien meublé et très agréable. Le toit terrasse permet de se reposer en plein air sans être dérangé. Les espaces sont Decaris avec goût. Je recommande sans hésiter

We received a very warm welcome from Bartolo. Interesting, old apartment, part of a much larger farmhouse building. Antique furnishings and high ceilings give this Airbnb a very quaint feel, like going back in time. Plenty of blankets and hot water bottles for the unseasonable chilly nights on our arrival. We loved the ambience, the creative renovations which were being carried out whilst we were there, didn’t hinder our stay in any way. Beautiful views, animals in the grounds, wonderful kind people, made our trip very special. We took the train into glorious old Porto from Mindelo, leaving our hire car nearby. Do walk along the boardwalk in the nature reserve on the coast nearby. Characterful old villages and towns nearby for coffees and meals out. The Romantico drive along the Douro is a must, choose a dry day for the glorious views. We toured the old city and loved both sides of the river. Lots of musicians play there, it was a pleasure to lunch, listen and relax.

I plan to get away with my family, even my mother who is disabled and this place fit every requirement. the weather was wonderful during our stay, but even if it was raining it would be very enjoyable and comfortable. very private beach experience. look forward to returning in the future trips
