This 4 bedroom house was recently updated with new floors, furniture, induction stove, refrigerator, etc. The ocean access is only 0.3 miles down the driveway or 550 feet from the dedicated parking spot at the driveway entrance. It is pet friendly with its own sandy soundfront beach, large lawn & very few neighbors. There is a 6-person hot tub on the deck, tucked in the trees with sunset views.

Designed and built by us, the Surf Bug has handcrafted details and everything you might need to feel at home while away from home. The beach is just a three minute walk without crossing any streets. I am a meticulous cleaner, and the white 100% cotton bedding is made in Portugal.
