Beverly is so sweet! She gave us so many recommendations and always answered quickly. Not only that but she makes you feel like you are talking to a friend. Her house is beautiful whether you want a quick walk to the beach or to sit on the dock, listen to the sound and watch the sunset or see the stars. There’s a sidewalk right off the driveway that is well paved and makes for amazing walks. Overall her and her house made our trip amazing!!

We had a great stay at Toes in the Sand. It was even better than pictured. I was originally worried from the photos that maybe you couldn’t see the ocean from the main living floor, but you absolutely can see the ocean from nearly everywhere in the house. It’s lovely. Such a charming house, quiet, beautiful beach, and near enough to groceries, gas, and anything else you’d need. Also, had a great Oceanside dinner at Fish Heads <30 min north! Thank you for a great stay, Alex.

We didn’t want to leave! The Albermarle Sound views don’t get any better than this! With the home’s back deck facing due North, both the sun rises and sunsets were completely visible and amazing! We loved opening the back door and listening to the lapping waves as we relaxed in the cozy chaise lounge and big leather couch. The open floor plan allows for water views throughout the entire main living space. The furniture is super comfy, and the decor is wonderfully eclectic! The kitchen was well stocked with every cooking utensil you need. The friendly neighborhood is very walkable. One word of caution: the front door opens to the master bathroom and bedroom. If vacationing here with anyone other than your significant other, you would want to make arrangements/have an understanding that the individuals staying in the 2nd bedroom would enter through the back door. We would definitely stay here again!

Diane’s place was very clean, nicely decorated and as advertised. The deck and stairs to the beach were great and outdoor shower/foot faucet helped keep the home clean. Her home is within walking distance to restaurants and entertainment as well as a quiet place to relax. I highly recommend Diane’s place. We will definitely return. Thanks Diane!

Kite's Inn was exactly as advertised and more. The home is beautiful, well-furnished, and the kitchen was well-equipped. We loved the location with great views of the Pamlico Sound. The House was ideal for pets and small children. The grass yard allowed our dogs to play outside and to swim in the Sound without having to worry about stepping on burs and the beach was ideal for our 1 1/2 year old grand child. The house is easy walking distance to nearby attractions and restaurants. Joshua is a great host who was responsive and proactive with ideas when we had a rainy day.

The place was as described, a short walk to the beach and across the street from real watersports. The small grocery on the block was unexpectedly excellent.

Some silverware and plates were dirty, other than that house/host was perfect. Had plenty of space, floor plan was well thought of and amenities were nice. Proximity to beach was top notch and pool/ hot tub were as well. Would definitely return or recommend! Host was responsive and friendly!

Gia was an excellent host and her place was everything we hoped for and more. Some of the most beautiful ocean views in the area and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. We’ve already recommended her to some of our closest friends…and now to you also!

This listing is an unbeatable location - literally on the beachfront. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise over the ocean each day from the large sliding glass door windows in the bedroom. The morning light is awesome. We were entertained by merely sitting on the comfortable balcony watching the sea life (dolphins!) and the shore birds, the boats, the beach walkers and wind surfers. So peaceful in April. The place is well appointed, just as described in the listing, and the host is responsive. We appreciated all of the information provided by the host for restaurants and local attractions. The location is excellent for access to many food and entertainment options, but is just far enough from the "main drag" to feel private and quiet. If we should pass this way again, we will look no further for accommodations - for we have found "our place" in the Outer Banks.

My family came here for spring break and spent 4 nights at the house. The house was clean and inviting and my kids loved that they had the upstairs bedrooms to themselves. Dan was extremely responsive when I messaged him with questions and the hot tub was perfect due to the spotty weather we experienced. We had a great time!

Had a great time! The house was beautiful and was in a cute area. Not as walkable as we hoped with the main road but was super easy to drive. Really great local activity and food recommendations that we used all week!

We just got back today. This home is absolutely perfect for a quiet getaway. Sit on the couch, at the dining table, wake up in bed, wash dishes….wherever you are in this home, you will have an ocean view!!!!!!! Richard was very responsive and attentive. We travel down to OBX 2x a year and this will definitely be the place we stay! Rodanthe has that small town feel and just perfect for those that do not want to be around the crowds. Step right off the deck and onto the sand. Walk the beach and enjoy the sounds and views. Sunrise, sunsets? You get both in this home from every room! We loved our stay and will be back this fall!

We enjoyed our stay at Nikki’s apartment very much. The space is very clean, inviting and had all the amenities listed on the description. The photos are accurate and reflect the second floor apartment well. We like to cook a few meals while traveling and found all the pots, pans and utensils we needed in the kitchen. New appliances are also available. It is located in a peaceful, quiet and safe neighborhood. Nikki and her husband were friendly and available if needed. Would definitely consider returning again.

The house was exactly as pictured and as I’d hoped for and it served the needs of my group perfectly! It’s a lovely place. I’d rent this place again.

the dome is located in an absolutely beautiful & peaceful beach town. the home itself is very tastefully designed and just such a cool spot. we were a group of 5 adults and were worried it'd be a bit tight, but it didn't feel like that at all. the space is used super well, and there's so much to do. first time in obx and staying here was a huge highlight of our trip :)

Perfect for beach week! 4 of us stayed there for about 5 days and it was amazing. Jake was incredibly responsive, flexible, and personable to communicate with, the place was kept super clean and very aesthetically pleasing. My biggest priority was affordability and for what we paid, Jake knocked it out of the park! Amazing amenities (the hot tub and Foosball were a crowd favorite) and so close to the beach!

We have stayed in lots of Airbnb’s and this is my favorite! The house was spotless. It is decorated beautifully… and comfortably. It looks like a better homes and gardens beach house. Clearly Carrie pays attention to details. The kitchen is very well stocked. She even provided a new sponge for dishes. The views are fantastic and the access to the beach was so much fun. Carrie has lots of games, a myriad of books, and toys for kids. The house felt homey and so comfortable. We had a wonderful family trip!

Great convenient location, easy to travel up north or down south. Public beach access is a short walk. Plenty of space and dog friendly, great yard surrounded by trees which provide some privacy. Hot tub was peaceful and nice fun quiet area despite being right off main road. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend!!!

Amazing house, great location and everything that was promised. The house was easy to access and Josh was very responsive to any questions we had. The house was beautiful and clean. The outdoor area and pool were great for relaxing and enjoying the weather. Quick walk to the beach. Would love to stay here again next year. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The house was spotless and perfectly maintained. Everything was just as promised in the listing.

We visited the Home in Rodanthe in April of 2025. Coming from upstate NY we were just excited to get a little sunshine. What we got was a whole lot better! The views from almost every window were stunning, and there was more than enough space in the house for my mother, my grandparents and myself along with our dogs. Darren was great! He was very speedy with his communication and helping us with what we needed along the way. 5 Star hosts!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed — from kitchen supplies to beach gear. It’s in a peaceful, quiet location, perfect for relaxing, with beautiful views from the deck. The hot tub was a perfect bonus on the chillier early summer days we saw. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, well-stocked, and serene getaway!

What a wonderful place to stay! All around such a great spot for some time at the beach! Everything is exactly as described. With the incredibly easy walk to the beach, seriously breathtaking views all around, convenient location to restaurants/shops and great communication from the host, I couldn’t recommend this place more! You won’t regret booking here. We can’t wait to come back!

Jonathan place is incredible! He has thought of everything. Very helpful! I asked about a blender and he bought one for the place. The bath is incredible! I will be staying here the next time I’m here! My cousins live in the area and they loved it too.

My family absolutely loved this gorgeous place!!! Great location, great amenities, and very responsive host. We’d book again in a heatbeat!
