Features: air conditioning with heater, large TV with full DSTV bouquet, WiFi uncapped 40 meg line, use of a swimming pool, and workspace. The self catering kitchen has refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, airfryer, induction cooking plate, plus all crockery & cutlery. Bedroom has comfortable double bed and cupboard.

Next to Makaranga (currently closed), the unit has 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The kitchen area has a table & chairs, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, induction cooker, air fryer & microwave. Stocked with tea, coffee & sugar. Each of the rooms have a king size bed which can be split into 2 singles, so can sleep 4 people. One of the bedrooms has an aircon & the other a fan and heater. Deck has a bistro table & chairs as well as a daybed for relaxing. Off street parking for 1 car.

The apartment is beautifully renovated and ideal for both leisure and business. It has two workstations for guests who are traveling on business, and a picturesque bedroom. The separate lounge has two comfortable couches (not for sleeping). The large kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge and sink. The apartment is on the ground floor and easy to access. Guest parking is right next to the apartment. The apartment is close to Montclair Mall.

Durban International Airport is 30 mins drive away & Durban's beaches only 12km away. Private & tranquil with your own entrance and parking spaces. With inverter solar power backups load sheddings impact is in most cases largely eliminated!. Easy access to M13 and N3. Regrettably unsuitable for social events & parties.

Located in a quiet, access controlled cul de sac this upstairs maisonette has spectacular views from the outside deck. This is an upstairs unit above the main house, with 13 steps walk up access. There is a separate open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The lounge has a sleeper couch for the kids.
