Less than 2 kilometers and you are in the heart of Breda. 500 meters from the center of Ginneken and a shopping center 80 meters away. Ideal for holidays, (romantic) weekend getaway and suitable for children and the disabled. A spacious garden, large kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a cozy living room with fireplace. The sofa can be used as a double bed, but the most pleasant stay is with 5 people + 1 baby. Plenty to do for young and old!

The accommodation has a bathroom, cozy box bed and kitchenette. Enjoy the sounds of birds, playful squirrels and all the greenery around you. Just outside Breda in the Brabant village of Bavel is our former farm with barn. The guest house is located in the barn, it is free, in the back of our property. The accommodation is decorated with great care, with as many sustainable materials as possible. Wood and concrete are the basis, the decor is a mix of old and new where comfort has also been thought of! This is how you sleep on lovely box-spring beds! We also have chickens in the garden, so you can get a fresh egg yourself every day!

The garden is in the middle of Breda, with walking distance to the Central Station(150 meters), the city park(100 meters), the city centre with multiple restaurants and bars(500 meter). This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.
