Newly renovated after storm damage! Separate small studio guesthouse behind the main house with parking , wonderful views of the Ahr valley nearby. Small en-suite wet room with shower and toilet, basic cooking area with a double cooking hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and seating area. There is a tiny patio outside with seating. 28km to the Nürburgring. 4 hiking paths are just outside the front door. Very quiet country village. Shops, bank etc in nearby Ahrbrück (4km) Pets are welcome

Sie haben den gesamten oberen Teil des Hauses für sich allein! Die Wohnung ist nicht abschließbar da Notausgang. Fast alle Gäste sind extrem zufrieden! Nicht gut geeignet für Allergiker, bei körperlichen Einschränkung und akustischer Sensibilität (Glocken). Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch!

Das Sonnenhaus verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer (mit Doppelbett und Schreibtisch) und eine Wohnküche mit Kamin. Es gibt ein Außen-WC, Duschen ist nach Absprache im Haus gegenüber möglich. Da es außer den zwei Kaminen keine Heizung gibt, wird die Unterkunft nur im Sommer vermietet.
