In a beautiful old wooden house on a hill, overlooking partly the Oslofjord, you can rent a simple and cozy furnished basement apartment (about 50 m2) with its own entrance. This is in a peaceful residential area, within walking distance to the bus that takes you to Oslo City Center in about 30 minutes. The landlord lives in the same house and shares parking and garden. The house is quiet, so this place is not suitable for parties and noise, but suitable for quiet non-smoking people. A nice starting point for exploring Oslo and its surroundings!

Bedroom is facing the back garden, which is quiet and peaceful and you get nice views through living room windows. The apartment is located on the 4th floor, without elevator.

There is a short distance to a number of amenities such as a beach, museums, hiking trails, etc. The apartment is located on the 4th floor with direct access from private parking on the ground floor that is possible to rent for NOK 100 per day. Elevator. 1 bedroom with double bed ,possibility to make up the sofa for a small child.

There is room for three by using the mattress in the living room - see picture. There is free street parking in the immediate vicinity.
