This stylish studio located on the second floor has been newly renovated and designed to create a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. All the major attractions, shopping streets, restaurants and bars are around the corner (1 min walk to Opera, 7 min walk to Cascade, etc.). One of the best AirBnBs I ever stayed at. Location is amazing, right in the city center, few steps away from Cascade and lots of restaurants and bars. Still quiet though since windows are to the backyard. The apartment is spacious, very modern, clean, and beautifully decorated. Has all the amenities you need.

Our group of 9 had a fantastic stay at Davit’s place! The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable, easily accommodating our large party. Davit was a wonderful host – very friendly, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. We loved using the clean sauna and large pool, and the grill was a great addition. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, even for cooking for nine. Comfortable beds too! The house and yard is beautiful and clean. Highly recommended for larger groups looking for a great place with excellent amenities.

Guesthouse near the river

Gevorg was a great host for us as a family, and we’re truly grateful for his outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. He offered us a free breakfast (local style) and extended our checkout time a bit although he had a following guest. Gevorg looked for all the details at his outstanding home. From the beautifully designed house to its great location along the river and within a greenery area, every aspect of our stay was greatly managed. We’ll certainly keep this place in mind for future visits and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place!
