Parking lot There are not enough parking spaces in the late evening. If you go up the hill between Dojin Apartment and Koaru, there is a parking lot on the left. Please park there and use the stairs to go to the accommodation. - No smoking - The apartment is a non-smoking area, so please be careful not to harm your neighbors. Noise In general, the soundproofing is good, but please refrain from talking too late at night. - Bunk bed - For preschoolers or children at risk of falling, in bunk beds Please keep them from going up, Please refrain from jumping around so that the lower floor doesn't explode. Location was extremely convenient - 30sec from Banwoldang metro station exit. The room was nicely decorated. Host took extra effort to prepare toiletries like disposable toothbrushes, cotton buds, and even hair curlers and straighter. There is also a small built-in laundry rack under the stairs. Thanks host for moving forward our check in time when we mentioned we would be reaching earlier! Overall super satisfied with the stay! Definitely recommended!

I thought it was a sea view, but it's a sea view from the view rather than in the foreground! (I wish there was a photo taken from the front in the photo◡.) Still, if you sit on the sofa or bed, the price wasn't bad because of the sea view. The interior of the accommodation is especially pretty, so I want to cook and eat. I think it would be good to come to the accommodation and watch several movies while playing in Hwangnidan-gil, Gyeongju. Netflix and Disney are available. I intend to revisit again next time

I parked 3 cars very leisurely and entered after parking. As soon as I opened the front door and entered, I was amazed. ~ ~ The living room room and kitchen welcomed us with cute props flowers and dozens of keyring accessories. ~ There was so much to see, so the snow was so much fun during our stay. ^ --- ^ It was much better than the photos. ~ The view of the sea port from the front veran was also open. ~ The kitchen was equipped with tableware, spoons, pot, and clean wrap disposable plastic gloves, and the bathroom was meticulously equipped with cleaning supplies. ~ The children had fun playing with the retro game machine. ~ I also received Crocs Gebeats as a celebration of my stay. You can also watch Netflix and YouTube Premium. ~ Most importantly, I was touched and healed by the host's kindness and care. ~ I'll definitely book again next time. ~ I highly recommend this accommodation. ^ ^! I had a good stay. A 98-year-old grandmother, a 70-something sister couple, and I were all satisfied. The clean and scenic environment, the carefully prepared items, and the prompt and friendly responses were all so good. However, my personal opinion is that even if you bring your own toothbrush, it would be 120% of the accommodation if you provide toothpaste (We prepared toothpaste, so there was no inconvenience, but this is a suggestion for reference from the customer's point of view ^ ^) Thank you again, and I wish you a prosperous business.

It's close to Dongdaegu Station, so it's easy to find from other places. It's a new construction, so it's clean and quiet, so it's comfortable to rest, and the host is kind and quick to respond.
