The lovingly renovated house is "a bit like before" with a large kitchen-living room, sofa and three bedrooms. In the courtyard there is a seating area with a grill and parking spaces for bicycles. We use it as a passage to our apartment. It is 50 meters to the supermarket, 500 meters to the pedestrian zone, 1.4 km to the train station. Families are welcome with us. The house has baby gates on the stairs. Be careful, the stairs are steep. I speak English, a little French, and my husband a little Dutch

Die denkmalgeschützte, loftartige Unterkunft bietet auf zwei Emporen 4 Schlafplätze mit 2 Doppelbetten. Im unteren, offenen Wohnbereich kann auf der Schlafcouch ein weiterer Schlafplatz hergerichtet werden. Auch ein Baby-Reisebett ist vorhanden. Die moderne Küche ist für Selbstversorger gut ausgestattet. Sauna (30€ extra als Energieausgleich) und Kamin sorgen für Entspannung an kalten, der Bauerngarten an warmen Tagen. Das Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche wurde komplett neu in der Scheune eingebracht.

In the pilgrimage town of Ginderich, you will find us in the district of Werrich. Here it is nice, quiet and rural. The name reveals that you have a view of fields, meadows and the Rhine bridge Wesel. From us, there are a variety of bike paths to discover the Lower Rhine. The apartment is for 2-4 people. This pretty apartment with private parking is centrally located in the beautiful Golddorf Winnekendonk, a district of the pilgrimage town of Kevelaer. In the village there are bakery, restaurants, supermarket and a mini golf course (from May). Bus stop right outside the door. You can reach the city center of Kevelaer in just a few minutes. The Netherlands and Weeze Airport are only a few minutes drive. Fleuth, Niers and Sonsbecker Switzerland invite you to hike and cycle.

Beautiful old mansion's house from 1870 was lovingly restored and modernized where needed. The apartment is on the ground floor. In the summer you can enjoy the peace and atmosphere in the outdoor area. In the immediate vicinity is the nuclear water wonderland, the historic city center of Kalkar, Moyland Castle, Römerstadt Xanten and Anholt Castle.

The building is quietly located on the edge of the historic city center.
