Fantastic 1-Bedroom Guest House with Loft

Stylish, modern, purpose built guest house. Its based in the western end of Gothenburg in Långedrag, a very nice residential area. It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. There's a full kitchen.

A cottage with a view in Ljungskile

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Spacious terrace for sunbathing and evening bbq. You will love swimming in the fjord. Private beach and jetty (for the neighbourhood). Open fireplace and unlimited Wi-Fi. The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

Övre Järkholmen

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Hos oss bor du i en liten stuga från 1800-talet, med stor altan och tillgång till en trädgård. Parkerar gör du på tomten och om du önskar jobba en stund finns en funktionell arbetsplats med wi-fi. Rymligt vardagsrum med matbord och en generös soffa, ett nyrenoverat kök som är fullt utrustat för all slags matlagning, ovanvåning med sovrum och sovalkov.

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

A small modern house with most of what is needed. The kitchen consists of a stove, microwave, oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. The toilet consists of a shower, toilet and washing machine. Separate bedroom with large double bed. A sofa bed is in the kitchen / living room with TV and wifi. There is a conservatory next to the house and at the back of the house you will find the terrace with table and barbecue.

Ängens gårdslägenhet

Ängens gårdsläghet i Lane Ryr finns på vår gamla mjölkgård från 1800 talet. Här kan du ta en paus och varva ner med antingen en härlig promenad i naturen eller njut av en bra bok på vår vackra uteterass som ligger vid bäcken som slingrar runt gården. Vill du hellre upptäcka shoppingen så ligger gården 20 km från Torp eller 20 km från Överby. 10 km från Uddevalla centrum. ( uteduschen är borttagen för säsongen)
