We are close to town (5-7 minute walk) but with all the nature around us, it does not give that impression. Relax inside with fully heated floors, a large walk in shower, fast fibre wifi and high vaulted ceilings.

We had the most incredible stay with Johanna and John in Ukee— it was truly the perfect retreat for our honeymoon after the busyness of life in Toronto. From the moment we arrived, they were beyond generous, even offering us rides into town and making sure we had everything we needed as we didn't come by car. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel so welcome. The space itself had a cozy, warm, and homely vibe, with all the amenities we could ask for. Nestled in a peaceful forest setting, we were lucky enough to spot a deer quietly wandering by in the mornings and evenings — such a magical touch. The location was ideal too — close to the water, with breathtaking views along the Lighthouse Loop and Wild Pacific Trail. Every detail of our stay felt thoughtful and relaxed. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind and reconnect. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a serene escape with truly wonderful hosts!

We had a great stay at Barbs place. It was exactly the relaxing vacation I had been looking for. The area is so beautiful and peaceful. I chose this place for my kids to look for seashells and ocean life and it did not disappoint! My kids got to see tons of sea life and found tons of neat shells. Me and my son did the lighthouse loop which is close by and well worth the views. The town is beautiful and not overcrowded. It is exactly as the pictures show..or even better. You won’t be disappointed! We loved our stay at the black rock ocean house and we hope that we can come back some day ❤️

Wonderful place to stay! Enjoyed every minute! The air bnb was surrounded with beautiful nature, hosts were super nice and welcoming, gave us wonderful recommendations and the place offered everything we could need to enjoy our stay! Highly recommend, would visit again.

We had such an amazing stay here, the place was so cozy and peaceful and was perfect to come back to after a long day of hikes and surfing! the location is excellent, being right beside the skate park and down the road from many restaurants & the ocean. would definitely recommend! we’ll definitely be coming back to the cozy owl suite. thanks Erika!:)
