This is a beautiful, 175qm large luxury holiday house-built in 2016 on a 900 sqm large, fenced plot. It's located on WOLIN island (Western Polish Baltic coast),10km east from Miedzyzdroje. You can find here an absolute tranquility.The house is located 50m from Wolin National Park (a great forest) and 1,2km through this forest to the beach. We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.

The lovingly furnished apartment is in a quiet location on the Achterwasser, in Bernsteinbad Ückeritz. The harbor, with a surf school, boat rental, restaurants and not to forget, the unforgettable sunsets, is right outside the front door. The apartment is modern, Scandinavian and offers, with a size of 30 m², enough space for two people. Pets are not allowed. The accommodation is a non-smoking area.

The holiday apartment is part of our house, but has a separate access and its own small piece of garden.... You have your peace with us, we live in the same house, but everything is structurally separated from each other.... the village of Benz may not be for people who want to lie all day only on the beach, but a wonderful starting point for tours all over the island There are rarely buses....

The winter-proof bungalow can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The farm has the cats Minky and Moppel. The cabinet bed is a small double bed with dimensions of 1.40 m x 2.00 m. Breakfast is NOT included. The neighborhood is a NON-SMOKING HOUSE. It is NOT rented to dog owners. The house and property are not suitable for infants as there is a small garden pond near the cottage.
