Je vous accueille dans mon appartement cosy à Saint-Gilles ! Appartement privé très lumineux, de 60 m2.Vous aurez accès à 2 pièces : une chambre-salon avec lit double , une grande cuisine, ainsi qu'une salle de bains avec douche à l’italienne. Situé au troisième étage, la chambre donnant sur la rue, dans l'agréable et vivant quartier de St Gilles. Le parc, des cafés sympas sont à 2 min ainsi que le station de métro ALBERT. ( **L'appartement ne dispose que d'un lit double= 2 personnes ) Merci !

Bright, sunny, quiet top floor apartment in Uccle

Uccle is a residential area, surrounded by parks. My apartment is conveniently located (2 minutes walking distance to the trams, close to the city center, and 5 mns from the Brussels Gare du Midi (main train station). It is a totally renovated and modern apartment on the top floor of a quiet building, and its very private balcony gives onto tree tops, offering a nice open view. It is a very peaceful place but at the same time very close to commercial streets with shops and restaurants.

A terrace area features two red folding chairs and a small blue table, inviting relaxation. Planters with green foliage are arranged along the railing, complementing the modern architecture of the surrounding building with large glass windows.

Hello, Magnificent Duplex with large 300m2 garden in a spacious, typical Brussels house + parking. High ceilings with moldings, beautiful parquet flooring on the ground floor and a beautiful width of the facade. The apartment benefits from all the comforts you could have at home. There is an inflatable jacuzzi in the garden for 3 to 4 people usable from May to mid-October. The location is ideal because it is close to means of transport (tram 30 m away) and the city center.
