My apartment is conveniently located (2 minutes walking distance to the trams, close to the city center, and 5 mns from the Brussels Gare du Midi (main train station). It is a totally renovated and modern apartment on the top floor of a quiet building, and its very private balcony gives onto tree tops, offering a nice open view. It is a very peaceful place but at the same time very close to commercial streets with shops and restaurants.

I stayed one week in Claude's place and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Room was very clean and it is just 4-5 minutes walk from the railway station and bus stand, which was very convenient for me. I will certainly stay here again when I visit Braine-L'Alued next.

We had a wonderful short stay in Amélie’s house. Amélie is a responsive and generous host who made us feel immediately at home. The house is spacious, extremely characterful, and furnished in a way that emphasises its affinity with nature and the local surroundings. We would recommend and hope to return.

I loved the place! Very cute with the signature Brussels views from the window as it is the last floor. If it's cold you can turn the heater on and it gets warm quite fast as it is a small and cute apartment. The owner had it all super clean and it was really easy to communicate with him. Last but not least it is conveniently located and the neighborhood is so cute!

I have been hosted in many houses in brussels via airbnb which were pretty nice and good, Lionels brought another special touch.....his warm welcome, the accuracy of his place and the feeling home we had with my family was very very special, we strongly recommend Lionels place, and we are thankful for the late check out he granted us. Lionel place is very near at less then 200m of important public transports: TRAM 3, TRAM 4, TRAM 7, TRAM 25 and TRAM 9 He is near BASIC FIT where one can go for sport, very nea DELHAISE a small mini mat for everything you would need as family for day to day living The garden behind the house in inside court is very wonderful my Kids used it for training as one of them is a football player... Best regards Robert and Family

We are a family of 4 who spent a wonderful weekend at Frederic’s airbnb, it’s located in a quiet neighborhood where the supermarket is just 2 minutes away. There is also a beautiful park in walking distance, absolutely a perfect place to discover if you like natures. On the other hand, Frederic is very responsive and friendly, he gave clear instructions for where to park as well as for check-in / out. Everything went well, nothing to complain because it made us feeling like home so we are really happy with our stay! Thank you again for hosting us! We definitely recommend this place :)

We stayed with Alain & Magali on our bike trip for one night. Communication and coordination in advance was great and fast. We had a very nice evening in the garden. Very idyllic and beautifully quiet. Drinks could be taken from the refrigerator in the dining room for a small fee. We were allowed to store our wheels in the garden. The room was super clean. In the morning, there was a very delicious and extensive breakfast. Alain and Magali were very nice and made sure we had everything we needed.
