Agree with all the previous 5* reviews. Ignacio was helpful, flexible about check in and out and the apartment is well equipped and spotless. What adds to its appeal is the location, right by the beach, old town and a wide variety of restaurants. But top of the list is the amazing large and well furnished terrace with stunning views. We have no hesitation in recommending el Ático to anyone wanting to stay in beautiful Estepona

Had a great stay here . Perfect location and good amenities. Only thing was the address that was on air BnB was not correct and there was confusion on which address was the correct one as it had different ones from the one on Apple Maps and the one provided . Aside from that everything else was great!

Wir haben die Zeit in Marbella sehr genossen. In der Wohnung haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und saßen oft auf dem Balkon um zu frühstücken und die Umgebung zu genießen. Tudor war ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der sich regelmäßig nach uns erkundigt und uns Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants gegeben hat. Zum Strand und in die Innenstadt waren es ca. 1, 5 Kilometer zu Fuß, was uns nicht gestört hat, da wir nicht Mitten im Touri-Zentrum sein wollten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in Tudors Wohnung kommen.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett, freundlich und hat uns einiges über den Ort und die Menschen erzählt. Sie war mit uns in einem ortstypischen Lokal zum typischen Frühstück und hat uns den Ort und einheimische Geschäfte gezeigt. Alles prima. Sabina

Die Wohnung von Mery und Javi ist super für einen Aufenthalt in Marbella! Was uns besonders gefallen hat: - Sie ist super ausgestattet (es war Öl, Salz, Pfeffer sowie Waschmittel vorhanden) - die Wohnung ist gut gelegen in der Altstadt und nur 5 Minuten von der Promenade entfernt - die Dachterrasse ist toll! - die beiden sind jederzeit erreichbar und sehr freundlich! :) - es gibt einen Schrank für die Koffer den man bei vorzeitiger Ankunft oder später Abreise nutzen kann. Wichtig zu wissen: der Treppenaufgang ist schmal und steil, mit großem Koffer ist es etwas schwer die Treppe zur Wohnung hoch zu kommen. Aber Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit erneut buchen.

Excellent accommodation and location. We loved the terrace so much and spent most of our time there! Communication from Scarlett was fantastic throughout. Definitely recommend a car, it’s a really nice drive through the mountains. The apartment it’s ~35 mins from Malaga airport and ~20 mins to Marbella. Thanks again Scarlett & Lee for the hospitality!

Das Appartment war super sauber, modern eingerichtet und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Die Betten waren sehr groß und sehr bequem. Genügend Kleiderbügel, Handtücher und auch Strandtücher waren vorhanden. Ebenso in der Küche waren die nötigsten Gewürze, Kaffee, Zucker, Kleenex vorhanden. Hier wurde an alles gedacht. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist wunderschön Urlaub fürs Auge. Die Poolanlagen sind sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Die Anlage auch sehr gepflegt und alles sauber! War wirklich ein super toller Aufenthalt. Andreas unser Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend, stets erreichbar und sehr kompetent. Alles in allem Top! Können wir sehr empfehlen.

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal da und haben uns wieder für eine Wohnung von Kata entschieden. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles vorhanden, was man für einen geruhsamen Urlaub benötigt. Die Kommunikation über AirBnB bei Fragen und Wünsche wurden sehr schnell beantwortet, Wünsche schnell erfüllt. Die Anlage liegt an einem Strand der nicht von Liegestuhlanbietern zugepflastert ist. Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm für den Strand waren auch vorhanden. Dies ist auch nicht selbstverständlich und wir haben uns sehr darüber gefreut. Für uns war dies ein schöner Urlaub und wir können die Wohnungen von Kata nur empfehlen. Wenn wir wieder einmal an die Costa del Sol reisen werden wir uns wieder eine Wohnung von Kata aussuchen. The apartment was beautiful, well decorated and within beautiful grounds. The pool was great with sun loungers and parasols available for use. Perfect location for the beach, only a couple of minutes walk away. We stayed as a family of 6 and felt there was a great amount of space in the apartment and the washing machine and tumble drier was a great amenity also! Quiet location, it’s a longish walk for young children to the main restaurant areas, but taxis were only 5-6 euros and the gentleman on security was always happy to help and order taxis for us. Next time I would maybe hire a car. The walk is ok for adults, my parents walked to the old town each day and just got a taxi back no problem.

The highlight of this beautiful apartment undoubtedly is the incredible roof terrace. We particularly liked the way that the terrace itself had three different seating areas as well as panoramic views. The location is excellent with access to wonderful restaurants within a few minutes walk. Jeremy's communication was faultless. We've now stayed in four different properties in Vejer and this one was the best. We'll definitely try to come back here.

Rien à dire de plus que les très bon commentaires laissés par tous ceux qui ont utilisé ce logement. L'appartement est très correct. Il est calme malgré sa situation dans le trafic et la procession de touristes de la ''Plaza España'' en face. C'est surtout la petite terrasse qui est impressionnante. Elle possède une vue magnifique sur les montagnes et le fameux Pont Neuf. Bel endroit pour des petits soupers en tête à tête. Rafael est un hôte parfait. Il réagit rapidement à la moindre demande et donne beaucoup d'informations. Il ne faut pas oublier que c'est un loft en mansarde et qu'il faut surveiller par endroit la hauteur du plafond. On s'y habitue par contre. Je recommande ce loft à tous les couples voulant de l'intimité, un terrasse privée avec un magnifique vue et un endroit très près des des attractions majeures.

We were incredibly pleased with Guillermo’s apartment, it was just perfect. We didn’t use the jacuzzi but it’s a nice touch. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, clean and in a very good location. We found it easily after walking from the train station (less than 20 minutes walk) Guillermo was very helpful and quick to respond when we needed him. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a self catered apartment in Ronda!

L’hôte nous a accueilli en personne, elle était très réactive à mes messages et questions. Gracias Raquel! L’appartement est bien placé en face de la mer/ la plage, endroit sécurisé, proche de toutes les commodités: supermarché, restaurant, café/bar, boulangerie, poissonnier etc La cuisine bien équipée est un atout pour les personnes comme moi qui aiment cuisiner de temps à autre. Nous reviendrons :)

Vanaf het eerste moment was het contact zeer positief met de host! Ze reageerde snel en duidelijk. Regina denkt met je mee en was zeer flexibel ivm onze vragen over onze kleine. Alles was zeer snel geregeld en duidelijk gecommuniceerd vanuit haar naar ons. Bij aankomst was het erg makkelijk om alles te vinden en binnen te komen in het appartement. Eenmaal in het appartement bleek al snel dat alles aanwezig was zoals besproken. Het appartement was echt geweldig! Alle ruimte, binnen en buiten! Ook het complex is fantastisch! Het grote zwembad heeft een soort strand, hierdoor was het voor onze kleine ook geweldig om echt kennis te maken met zwemmen. Het complex ligt naar een mooie 9 holes golfbaan, hierdoor is de omgeving heel mooi en erg rustig. Al met al zijn wij zo positief, dat we nu al aan het kijken zijn wanneer we weer terug gaan!! Regina, nogmaals dank voor de goede zorgen en dat we gebruik mochten maken van je fijne plekje!!

This is one of our best AirBnb experiences ever. An amazing and pratical apartment for family with small children. Two bedrooms and baths was super pratical anse the private pool was a huge succes with the children and made mornings and evenings more relaxing for us parentes. The main pool for all the residences was very calm and relaxing and the beach is right outside the property gates. Good restaurants close by ans you can walk to the beautiful city of Estepona. We will be back!:)

I absolutely loved Nuscha’s place. It is super homely, the balcony is huge. It is a great location with getting to the centre of Banus and under 10 minutes. I recommend this home very much. Has everything you need in a great and safe complex

O apartamento é muito bom, o edifício bonito e bem conservado. A Garagem coube um carro para 7 lugares bem grande. O apartamento tem todas as comodidades necessárias. A orientação para o check-in é precisa e sem erros. Fomos felizes em nossa hospedagem. Retornaria certamente.
