The nearest ski stations are Montclar (about 30 mn away) and Reallon (about 40 mn away) but you’ll be able to have a sledge ride in the surrounding fields. The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

Rent a fully renovated studio ( 25 m²) in the Grand Pavois building located at the foot of the slopes of the resort of St Jean Montclar 2 hours from Marseille. The accommodation contains a balcony with magnificent views of the mountains and the ski area. The place is good for couples, solo travelers and families. No pets allowed. SHEETS ARE NOT PROVIDED. Cleaning must be done by the tenant( 40 Euros if not done correctly).
