Bright house designed by an architect, on the edge of the village (10 minutes by car from shops, restaurants and beaches), in an amphitheater of mountains overlooking the sea. Ground floor: living/dining room, open kitchen and double bedroom on one level Bathroom with shower and sauna. Terraces with outdoor shower. Mezzanine with bedroom with king size bed and bedroom with two 90 cm single beds communicating. On a terrace, bedroom with 140 cm bed and bathroom with shower.

It's situated 3-3,5 hours from Athens airport and it's easier to have a car.

Agroktima Farm Cottage

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

The house is located near Myli harbor in AGISTRI and at the end of the village center 2 minutes walk from the sandy beach, grocery store, bakery and bike rental shop. Crystal clear waters, nice food and nightlife Sea and mountain view. Agistri with its island aura is one of the most sought after destinations as it is a breath away from Athens. This small authentic island is located in the heart of the Saronic.

Very quiet, yet only 5 minutes by car to beaches and town. Located next to the mountains with beautiful hiking paths Only 20 minutes to Leonidio for amazing climbing Lots of Tourist attraction in the area. Just relaxing on one of the terraces with a glass of wine and a book is also a great option (or in the hammock :-)) Or just keep looking at that amazing view!
