Walking distance to the most places on Savalen. 20 meters to prepared ski slopes. Short distance to fishing and ice fishing. Kayaks and boat with motor can be rented! The cabin contains a hallway, storage room with drying facilities, four bedrooms, bright and airy living room with open kitchen solution and dining room. Big loft with walking height! Panoramic views of Saval Lake, Gråvola and Rødalshøa. The cabin has a large deck and sauna.

"Lattermild" family cabin

The family cabin "Lattermild" has all the amenities. Parking right outside the cabin. The price includes bed linen/towel and firewood. The cabin is located freely, little transparency, has good sun conditions and views of the mountain and Savalsjøen. Nice hiking trails both on foot, skiing and by bike. Saval Lake great for swimming, fishing/fishing, canoeing. The light trail right on the outside of the cabin. 5 min by car to ski resort, ice skating rink and Nissehuset/hotel. 15 min to walk. The field has road barrier; 80 NOK drive in, pay via app.

Cozy and spacious house recently upgraded. Quiet location in great surroundings with many opportunities for hiking, outdoor activities, hunting and fishing nearby. The house belongs to older farmland with two homes where one unit is occupied by landlord. Convenient house with good layout. Toilet, kitchen, dining room and living room on the 1st floor. Four bedrooms and bathroom on the 2nd floor. 3 pcs TV and internet. Access to skiing for skiing during winter stays. Good with parking space. In addition, access to cozy seats upon agreement.

Seats with a view

Klettsætra is 15 minutes from Folldal city center. Car road from May-November, otherwise 1 km skiing from parking winter. It has panoramic views towards Rondane and is perfect for tranquility, hiking and hunting. There is room for 5 -7 people; two double beds (180 cm and 120 cm) and one bunk bed (75 cm above/120 cm below). Sætra has solar panel, simple lighting and power points (USB and 12V). No running water, but water can and outdoor toilet are available. Tolls upon arrival. Bed linen is included. Please do not wash included.

Awesome cabin in Folldal, with sun every day and view of Rondane. The cabin is nicely located in the cabin field by the disused mine, and sleeps 6-8, with two bedrooms and two locks. There is a road all the way, and parking space for two cars by the cabin wall. The cabin has running water and electricity, dishwasher and sauna. Everything you need for nice and relaxing cabin trip, in other words! There are many nice hiking trails and cross country trails right behind the cabin, and ski slope half an hour's drive away.

The cabin is located about 5 minutes by car from Savalen Fjellhotell and Spa with wellness pool, ski and hill and Santa's house itself. The cabin is also a good starting point for hiking by foot or by skis, biking and horseback riding. The cabin is located just above Savalsjøen where you can paddle, swim and fish. In the cabin you will find some toys for smaller children, cartoons and various board games. Allowed with dog.

The farm is located about 4 km south of Alvdal city centre and there is a short distance to both hiking areas and fishing opportunities. The house is a restored oyster valley living room from the 1800s, and the kitchen is well equipped (including microwave, kettle, coffee maker, press pot and dishwasher). Cleaning fee of 300 kr covers only the preparation of the rental unit and not the final cleaning.

We stayed there for a week with the family. Beautiful and quiet location. Centrally located in Nord-Østerdal. The house met our expectations and it is very spacious for 2 adults and 2 small children.

The house is nice, it does not have all the amenities, but we felt good. The environment is beautiful. Of course, it may lack some comforts, but it's authentic. The owner is lovely. If you're looking for a hot tub, it's not the one you'll find. We came for nature and fishing, the moments in the evening were pleasant, the house is warm. There are a few cooking utensils missing, but the French people like to criticise 😜 In any case, given the competitive price, nothing to say, great👍

This was the third time we have borrowed the house to Ørjan. Although I have never met him, we have become familiar. I know what I get when I rent from him, and he knows he gets housekeepers to visit. Everything is spotless when you rent here, from entering the rental until you check out. And the stay itself there is absolutely nothing to put off, it's as good as perfect. Thank you for us, and see you again!

We were a family of 12 people and the accommodation was big enough to find peace for everyone. Very large domain, somewhat remote, ideal with large families and small children. Everything was very clean and well cared for and even extras were provided.
