Modern house on the sea plot with a private jetty secluded location

You will love my place because of the nature, the sun from morning till night, the tranquility, the sea, the giant windows. Enjoy the tranquility, wildlife. The house was built to make you feel you are in the middle of the countryside but indoors. Feel free to take forest hikes in the near area. You can get to the house with the motorboat with a 4 hp rowboat, which is included, as it is about a 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.

Stylish bright family apartment on a quiet street in the heart of Hornstull. Situated on the two top floors. Balcony with great view. We prioritize renting out to families in our calm apartment building. Close to numerous cafés, bars, restaurants and shops and also to the water and the beautiful island of Långholmen. Bus stops two blocks away, subway 5 min walk and 5 min walk to the airport bus. Families are very welcome (plenty of toys for the children). This is not a party apartment.

A direct bus to Stockholm city takes 35 min, plus five min walk to the bus stop. Come and enjoy the scenery, the birds and the silence!

Beautiful, spacious (100 sqm), newly renovated apartment located two blocks from Stureplan on one of the calmest and nicest streets in the city. Private access to a green garden with seating area. 50m to the beautiful park Humlegården. Bus and subway nearby. The apartment has two bedrooms, spacious living room and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet as well as one separate toilet. Ideal for a family with two or three children or two couples. Oasis near the water, close to the city centre in quiet and family friendly neighbourhood. "Small village"-feeling in Bromma, the closest villa suburb to Stockholm. The house is close the water, beaches, restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, shops, playgrounds, public transportation and close to the city center: 12 min by tram to nearest subway station where you go downtown in 5-10 min.
