The condo has wifi and TV's in the living room and bedroom. Full kitchen with all you will need for a beach getaway. The coffee pot is dual with carafe and k-cup. Two beach chairs are provided for you to use during your stay. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail while watching the ships and dolphins from your private balcony!

Beachfront gated no smoking complex on quiet North end of Tybee. No pets allowed. The 3rd floor condo with elevator assess faces the Savannah Bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy your morning coffee on the furnished balcony while you watch the big cargo ships pass by or dolphins playing in the surf. There is no wave action unless a big ship comes by. This condo is ideal for a couple or a small family but can accommodate 2 couples. Has 2 pools/2 tennis/1 pickleball.

Charged at end of stay. YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ENTIRE STAY, UNLESS YOU LET ME KNOW THAT YOU DO NOT WANT THE HEAT FOR THE POOL/SPA FOR THE DAY. Free parking for 1-2 cars & only steps to beach! 1/2 block from the beach, restaurants and stores. Fast WiFi, cable, 2 TVs, kitchenette w/ dishwasher & basic kitchen supplies/essentials, deck w/ outdoor seating, laundry room w/ washer/dryer. We provide basic essentials, beach supplies & grill. The beach supplies include: cooler, wagon & chairs.

This cozy contemporary 6 BR, 4 1/2 BA home features an open concept kitchen and great spaces to either gather or tuck away for some quiet reading or writing. There's ample on-site parking, multiple decks, and a fenced backyard. Close, easy walk to sand, restaurants, parks, history...or just rest and recharge. The minimum age to book our home is 25 years of age.

Coming to you from the same owners as the CASITA :) Very unique stay with every amenity imaginable including a small 6' x 6' inground salt water dipping pool hot tub and fire pit! Very private 1 bedroom with king bed. I will even cook meals for an extra cost and plenty of heads up.
