Desert Wild is a two bedroom, two bathroom oasis with a pool and hot tub located in the safe residential neighborhood of South Joshua Tree. We are a 10 minute drive from the West entrance of Joshua Tree National park and a 5 minute drive to the downtown shops, cafes and galleries. Desert Wild is a place to unwind, relax and enjoy the slow pace of the desert. We invite you to cool off in our pool after hiking, soak in our bath and enjoy the cactus garden, or star gaze from our hot tub at night.

If you've ever wanted to live in a tiny house (that's actually a house) this is it. Nice outdoor seating and double hammock. Super quiet neighborhood. Only 3 miles from the J-Tree Visitors Center and 6 miles from the East Gate of the National Park. Two blocks from public transit, restaurants, general store, etc. And 1.6 miles to the center of town. The Starry Night Casita is a lovely and quaint ranch-style home situated in downtown 29 Palms. It is a 3-4 min drive away from the main Joshua Tree National Park entrance and steps from downtown amenities. This home has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a full kitchen, laundry room and hot tub, for a lovely stay while visiting the park, festivals, or visiting family members or friends stationed at the U.S. Marine Corps base in town. Let's not forget the beautiful mountain views and starry nights.

The year was 1946 and somebody in Twentynine Palms had the right idea--to build an adorable Spanish bungalow that simply oozed "romantic getaway to the desert," a place to take in the fresh air, the stillness at night and the stars. "Josh" as he is affectionately known, along with his partner "Tam" [an almost identical twin] is an updated version of that bungalow built so long ago. Modern in amenities, but pioneer in spirit, Josh is awaiting some special guests.
