Desert Wild is a two bedroom, two bathroom oasis with a pool and hot tub located in the safe residential neighborhood of South Joshua Tree. We are a 10 minute drive from the West entrance of Joshua Tree National park and a 5 minute drive to the downtown shops, cafes and galleries. Desert Wild is a place to unwind, relax and enjoy the slow pace of the desert. We invite you to cool off in our pool after hiking, soak in our bath and enjoy the cactus garden, or star gaze from our hot tub at night.

Only 3 miles from the J-Tree Visitors Center and 6 miles from the East Gate of the National Park. Two blocks from public transit, restaurants, general store, etc. And 1.6 miles to the center of town. The village is only 8-10 minutes away, and Joshua Tree National Park's west gate entrance is only 15 minutes from the cabin.

"Josh" as he is affectionately known, along with his partner "Tam" [an almost identical twin] is an updated version of that bungalow built so long ago. Modern in amenities, but pioneer in spirit, Josh is awaiting some special guests.
