Die Ferienwohnung (seit Mitte Juli 2020) ist klein, liebevoll und besonders eingerichtet mit lehmverputzten Wänden, handgestrichenen Ziegeln auf dem Fußboden, Lieblingsbildern und -möbeln. Sie grenzt an das Wohnhaus, das wir als Familie mit Kindern auf einem alten Dreiseitenhof bewohnen. Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn, viel Natur und du kannst in alle Richtungen mit Rad oder PKW schöne Ausflüge machen: Ostsee, Inseln, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburger Seenplatte, Peene, Tollense...

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in saniertem Pferdestall

In einem liebevoll sanierten, ehemaligen Pferdestall von 1900 erwartet Euch eine gemütliche Ferienwohnung mitten im Grünen. Den großen Garten könnt Ihr sehr gern nutzen. Die Ferienwohnung reicht über zwei Etagen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Doppel- und Kinderbett. Im oberen Geschoss findet Ihr den großzügigen Wohn- und Essbereich, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, die Küche sowie das Bad. Zwei weitere Matratzen befinden sich im gemütlichen Spitzboden.

Landhaus Marie

Das Landhaus Marie ist weit mehr als bloß eine Unterkunft. Du hast ein ganzes Haus nur für dich. Hier ist ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen, zum Abschalten, zum zur Ruhe kommen. Keine Lärmbelästigung, kein wirklicher Autoverkehr, dafür Nächte, in denen es noch dunkel wird. Neu: Das Grundstück ist nun komplett eingezäunt. Der nächste Supermarkt (Demmin) ist 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Für das Nötigste gibt es eine alten "Konsum" im Nachbardorf. Hier ein Auto zu haben, ist so gesehen, ein Vorteil.

Das Herrenhaus bietet mit seinen charmanten Ferienwohnungen und den liebevoll gestalteten repräsentativen Räumen einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Genießen Sie Ihren Aufenthalt in der liebevoll eingerichteten und großzügigen Suite Georg. Die Suite, benannt nach dem letzten Hausherren, verfügt mit ihren 85m² über zwei Schlafzimmer, eine große Wohnküche und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und freistehender Badewanne. Von hier aus können Sie ihren Blick über den gesamten Gutspark schweifen lassen.

Great apartment, large terrace in a prime location

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Welcome to the holiday idyll on the edge of the forest. The property is located on our property, surrounded by the unique nature of Mecklenburg Switzerland. Nestled in the hilly landscape, you will find pure relaxation here. The building complex consists of a large sleeping and living yurt and a cottage in which the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with warm water are located. Enjoy the moments in the sauna, by the pond, by the campfire, in the hammock or in the flower garden.

Cozy apartment on the river Peene

Cozy apartment in Loitz the the river Peene at the harbor. Here you can swim, paddle (and rent canoes) and cycle! The apartment is on the ground floor of a renovated house from 1900 and has its own entrance. The apartment is 56m2 and has a living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed (1 person) in the living room. If required, we can provide an additional air mattress. The apartment is barrier-free and has no thresholds.

Apfelhof Neu Tellin

Unser Hof liegt zwischen den Städten Greifswald (40 km), Neubrandenburg (40 km) und Demmin (20 km) am nördlichen Rand des Tollensetals. Wir sind dabei das Haus zu sanieren. Die 1-Raum-Ferienwohnung liegt im bereits sanierten Teil des Hauses. Sie können ausgedehnte Spaziergänge, Fahrradtouren (u.a. Eiszeitroute) und Paddeltouren (Tollense) unternehmen. Eine Bademöglichkeit für Schwimmer gibt es an der Tollense in ca. 500 m Entfernung.

It is only a 10-minute walk from the houses to the Pensin water hiking rest area and the small beach on the Peene. You can take day trips to the Baltic Sea or to the lake district with Lake Kummerow or the Müritz. The Peene offers the opportunity for water hiking all the way to the Baltic Sea.

The apartment is located in a converted barn from 1896, not far from the Baltic Sea beach and Greifswalder Bodden. Throughout the accommodation, the exposed old beams and rustic decor are reminiscent of the building's history. The train station for the direct route to the island of Usedom, Greifswald or Stralsund is only a 10-minute walk away. You can also quickly reach the desired places by car.
