a wonderful place to stay . Ocean views , close walk to ocean side . Modern and pristine inside . Short drive off main highway but well worth it . Very interesting area to explore . Would highly recommend .

This spot is one of the best places to stay in nova scotia. It was super private and serene. The scenery was lovely and we loved hearing the birds chirping away. The Tusket river is great for a paddle and the property is close to Yarmouth and surrounding areas. Barrie and Sandra are lovely people with great recommendations, they even had a few gems for us to stop and see along our route home. We are lookkng forward to our next visit at the shack 😀

This was the perfect location to get ready for my wedding, and lots of areas surrounding the cottage that provided amazing pictures! I’m so happy I was able to find this location for my special day☺️
