Nice bathroom. Kitchenette without hot plates, but with, among other things, a microwave and an electric kettle. Dining area for 4. Small balcony with cafe set. Located 3.5 km from Odense C, close to Odense Zoo and the forest lake. 1.5 km from the highway. Bus to Odense C 500 m. Train to Svendborg 900 m. Shopping and dining/take away within 500m.

In addition, there is a 50 sqm roof terrace, overlooking the beautiful Assist Cemetery. The apartment is close to very close to the city and the light rail. We are a family of five living on the ground floor. Our children are 2, 5 and 8 years old. There is access to our garden including trampoline, which we also use ourselves.
