• I stayed at the property for two nights. • The host was kind, helpful, and very responsive. • The property is located in an excellent residential complex that includes a children’s playground, supermarkets, and car parking areas. My family and I felt very comfortable. • The property is beautiful, clean, modern, and well-organized. • It is fully equipped with everything you might need—cleaning supplies, cooking utensils, and all daily essentials. In short, this was the best property I’ve rented in Georgia. I highly recommend it. If I return, I would rent it again—once, twice, or even more.

We were looking for a getaway with our family far from the busy capital, so we booked sofia's place, located in saguramo under an hour from tbilisi center, the house is perfect, better than the pictures a real retreat, to relax and unwind completely while being enveloped by nature. Sofia and Oleg are amazing hosts they go the extra mile to welcome you, help you and make you feel like you are home. Thank you very much guys for everything we wish you all the best.

for a very cheap price the place is very good and neat. the place is near to a grocery store. A money exchange and a bank is near as well. the bus terminal which we didn't manage to try is also a 5-10mins walk. the place is also quiet and peaceful. all in all we have a great time staying. hope we can comeback again

My husband and I invited 4 guests (family members) coming from overseas to come and stay here for one week. They absolutely loved their stay here. We thank our wonderful hosts for making their stay very memorable. From the beginning, even before their arrival in Georgia, to the very end of their visit, our gracious hosts (Ketino and Irina) were most helpful. Thank you again for your kind help.

Despite of really cold weather outside, into the house was really warm ❤️ In the kitchen you can find all necessary (or ask Luka about additional dishes) Also Luka was really kind and treated us to a wonderful lobiani! ✨✨✨ Thanks a lot and have a good year!
