Vacation rentals with a kayak in Tuscany

Alessio's house is a wonderful hideaway close to the sea. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings, well worth the very rocky road to get there. We didn't meet Alessio but he was always connected and super responsive

Everything was exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. Since we were there in early October, some restaurants/ bars had already closed. It's a very quiet place in the low season. The contact with us was via Lorenzo, Anna's son. He was very helpful and committed! Many thanks for everything!

The house looks better than on the pictures. The area is very peaceful :) we stay there for 9 days with 3 families and we fell like at home. We have privacy, because the neighbors aren’t close. Perfect place to spend time together at the evening dinner. The kitchen is fully equipped, rooms are specious and have air conditioning. The area is more green than on the pictures :)

Great for kids, relaxation, being in the middle of the nature, heated pool for kids, sauna, landscape and the list can continue

The property is located directly on the easily accessible beach, is fully fenced and offers a parking space for the car. The cottage is fully furnished, the outdoor area/garden is nicely designed and offers plenty of shaded places. The reception by Francesco and Alessandra was warm, the further communication was via mobile phone or mobile messenger. We can recommend the house in good conscience!

Giannutri is a very special experience, and Virginia's house offers the best possible accommodation: it respects the unique size of the island, but it is at the same time very pleasant and comfortable. Perfect and very comfortable location. Virginia is a very accurate and very attentive host.

Perfect apartment for our needs: spacious, clean, in a quiet area but close to the beach and center. The owners fully met our additional requests and communication was always quick and comprehensive. Really kind, thank you!

Flavia was a wonderful hostess and her house is lovely. She picked us up and drove us to the train station which was above and beyond our expectations. The area is quiet and very walkable. We loved everything about our stay❤️

Despite the short stay in the residence, we had a very good time and if there is an opportunity, we will definitely return.

The Lakehouse is even better than the pictures, it’s a perfect place to relax or as a base to explore the local area. The villa also has kayaks and paddle boards to explore the lake. The hosts David and Chrissie are the most accommodating organised people I have come across on air bnb. I highly recommend.

Barbara's house is perfect because it can be reached by car while being a 5-minute walk from the center of Capalbio. The wonderful garden is definitely the highlight of the house with a table to eat overlooking the olive trees at sunset, hammocks, loungers, yoga area and outdoor shower for those who want to cool off without entering. The house is a love. A small white wooden American cottage with a cozy porch furnished with sofas and rugs . The interior is also delightful furnishings, rugs, lamps, and items purchased on distant trips blend with design elements. The perfect place to relax to see friends go to the beautiful beaches below, or just enjoy the peace of the Maremma countryside. A hidden paradise

Daniele is a very attentive and warm host. The table was already set for dinner, there was an extensive welcome package ready and the bathroom was also prepared for our stay with an eye for detail. The garden is also beautiful and tip top cared for, moreover equipped with excellent garden furniture. Daniele lives on the same plot, but in Daniele's case, that's just nice! He is very courteous and has decorated the house in such a way that you immediately feel at home and especially welcome. Nearby are beautiful walks to take and Daniele has the maps in the house. From the house you can walk within 10 minutes to a very nice and tasty restaurant (tip from Daniele) We had a very nice and relaxing stay.

Wonderful place. We loved it from the first moment. It is exactly as nice as shown on the pictures. The area around is beautiful and lots to explore. We booked it again for summer as we just loved it. Christina and her husband are really nice and happy to help wherever they can. We had our dog with us and she loved it too! Perfect place if you want to relax!
