Beautiful rustic fully modernised 1 bedroom house with the most incredible views and huge terrace with hot tub, outdoor shower and grill. Perfect, private, idyllic and romantic. Fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning and central heating. House consists of an open plan kitchen, dining and living space with a sofa bed on upper floor with a spiral staircase taking you to a hallway, double bedroom and shower room. Terraces on both levels. Huge garden with fruit trees and an amazing private terrace.

Not for tourism, not for investment, but for a lifestyle choice: born from the love of a mother who chose to be there to support her children in competitive sports and transformed a home into an opportunity. Children grow up and life changes, but LunaCottage is still here! Come in if you like, and feel like a guest. The Sailing Boat has returned to being ours alone, with respect for each other. My hearing doesn't allow me to be at 100%.

La Casetta di Giuly is located in the hamlet of Fossola, within the Cinque Terre National Park, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, a 10-minute drive from Riomaggiore, in the area called TRAMONTI (from the Latin TRANS MONTES, beyond the mountains), a true paradise for hiking lovers. Fossola di Tramonti is 8 kilometers from La Spezia and 5 kilometers from Riomaggiore. A village of a few houses overlooking the sea, which enjoy the sunset in front and a unique view in the world.

The chalet is not luxurious but contains all you need for a get-away-from-it-all stay immersed in nature. Access is by bumpy but driveable 1km track.

The house is located in the center of Abetone but is surrounded by greenery with a beautiful view of the valley. Bright and sunny, it has three bedrooms, one double and two with two bunk beds (one of the two can become a double; linen not included). A bathroom, living room with kitchenette and heated cellar for skis. Green area of the property. Excellent in summer for those who love tranquility and nature, ideal in winter for those who love skiing (ski lifts at 50m).

Located in the heart of Chianti Classico, on the hills surrounding Greve. Furnished in a cozy country style, the accommodation is equipped with everything you need, linens, mosquito nets on the windows, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The recently renovated farmhouse, once used to store hay, is now the ideal place for a couple's stay, but also for families or friends. The olive groves and vineyards of the family farm completely surround the farmhouse.

Baita Le Pozze

The chalet "Baita Le Pozze" in Abetone is an isolated cabin in the woods about 50 m from the road. This 2-storey property that offers wonderful mountain views consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people (one bedroom has a single bed). Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite TV, a washing machine as well as a dryer.
