We are in California during the summer and rent out our home May-mid August. Our home sleeps 6 comfortably. We ask that you help take care of the home as if it were your own as we leave a lot of our personal items there. We are located 1 minute from Birmingham's best shopping area, The Summit with lots of great shopping, a theater and restaurants.There are also a handful of restaurants you can walk to from our house. Like Alabama Biscuit, Miss Myras BBQ, Crestline Bagel, and El Zun Zun.

Our brand new home was built specifically for groups; 4 Master Suites, 8 Queen Beds, Pool Table, 5 HDTV's, 10 ft ceilings, over 3,200 SF. The amenities are all 1st Class, and the floor-plan is a Wide Open Concept. There's plenty of room for everyone inside, or enjoy the putting green outside! We have 3 "Oster Golf Houses" in Birmingham to accommodate groups from 4 to 20.

This is a barn that has been converted to a wonderful guest house. Beautiful hardwood floors, bamboo countertops, stainless appliances, tiled shower with rainfall shower, stone sinks and much more. The Barn has a full kitchen. Situated on 3.5 acres with lots to do outside. Enjoy a fire in the courtyard fire pit on a cool evening, enjoy a game of cornhole, enjoy the wildlife (deer, turkeys, birds, etc.) or take a walk.
