OMG...this home is beautiful inside and out..this is perfect place to rent for your next getaway... the host will reply back quickly if you have any questions or concerns... when I come back I'll most definitely check here first to see if available.

Patrice was very quickly responsive to every inquiry and request. The location was beautiful.

Dawnette’s greeted us as we arrived to the house, gave us a tour, and some recommendations on what to do around the area. The house is nice and sets right on the water of chalk sound. There’s a nearby beach that’s great for families and Las Brisas which offers a good dining experience and kayaks onto chalk sound. The area is nice and quiet, but still plenty to do since nothing is too far. We rented a car for the stay. Dawn was an excellent host and the house was very comfortable. When we come back, this will definitely be the place we stay!

Shirlett was very responsive and got us out of a bind when we had no place to stay with 2 young children after a cancelled flight at 9:30pm. We’re eternally grateful for her and her kindness and her place. The place was comfortable and clean.

This house has a lot of space for large parties and very convenient to the beach as well as the happening areas of the town. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Providenciales. Natalie was great with communication and hosting. Thanks

This was my second time staying at this wonderful home. I had a great experience the first time I stayed in February. I came back to Turks and Caicos Island for another trip but regretfully I was trying to save some money so I went with a very cheap place. When I arrived to that place it was an awful condition. I reached out to Colleen immediately and asked if she had any availability last minute. Thank God, she did have availability and the home was beautifully prepared for my arrival. It was so clean and tidy and well equipped and comfortable. I will never stay anywhere else on the Turks and Caicos! It is very convenient to the kite surf beach of Long Bay. I love that they have an outdoor shower so it'seasy to wash off my sand from my equipment and wetsuits without bringing the sand inside the house. It was so nice to have a fully equipped kitchen so that I can prepare meals there. They give you privacy and it's a very fantastic property to stay. You will not regret it!

My sister and I stayed here and Bryan’s place was a gem. He had everything you could possibly need to be comfortable on your trip and more. Close to Grace Bay Beach which was great! It was also peaceful and surrounded by beautiful plants. Thank you!

We loved our stay. Beautiful quiet beach and pool. We are not kite surfers, but many clearly come to this beach for this purpose and it was fun to watch! Only an 8 minute drive away from Grace Bay and the many nice restaurants/resorts there, so we enjoyed the restaurants for dinner, but spent our delays relaxing near the pool and beach that was much quieter. Place just as pictured. Had everything we needed for a great visit to Turks & Caicos!

We spent 3 nights here and it was amazing! This unit is more private than the adjacent one. The private pool and rooftop hot tub are great! Everything was clean and well stocked. The location is OK - you can technically walk to all the restaurants and beach area, but you'll probably want to drive. There is not a spectacular view, just vegetation and hotels in the distance, and a tiny slice of ocean.

Wonderful stay in a unique location. It felt like paradise on earth. Would absolutely recommend or come back. Tox checked us in and was amazing!

While the house met all expectations, our host Lisa, exceeded anything we ever experienced with Air B&B or anywhere else. Available anytime of day, with whatever requests we had, and there were many. From her hands on approach before our arrival (car rental, boat rentals, restaurants, beaches, reservations, etc) to an even more personal approach once on the island. Whatever questions we had, they were answered immediately, and when we needed help, someone would show up at the house within 15 mins to help. Be it to get us to a certain destination and help us once there or just to deliver something we unexpectedly asked for. The best compliment we can give is we have already recommended this house to all our friends, and thats 100% based on Lisa. The house is amazing and we enjoyed every minute, but our vacation was amazing due to Lisa. I cannot recommend this place high enough. You will NOT be disappointed

Have you ever loved a place so much you don't want to do a review because you think too many people will love it and then it will be hard to rent in the future - that is most definitely this place!!! We have been renting places for years (Hawaii included) and this place by far had the best views and the most amazing host. The views that surround you are indescribable and cannot be captured in a photo - wake up to the ocean and sunrise - walk to the beach - end the day with a beautiful sunset. The home is lovely, and the infinity pool is amazing. Quiet, peaceful, and beautiful with just enough to do. Ed and Candy love Middle Island and have built lifelong relationships with local residents who extend their welcome and knowledge to all guests who are lucky enough to enjoy this home. Transition from airport in Provo, to boat ferry to rental car on middle island was easy, adventurous and FUN!! Thank you for a GREAT spring break trip with my daughter - we are planning our next stay.

When you look up the definition of a 5-star AirBnB this should be the picture. A friendly and responsive host looking to satisfy all your needs—check. An amazing location with lots to do—check. In paradise—check. Our stay at CoCo Gardens was absolutely amazing. We chose to rent a car and I would recommend this as it gave us access to enjoy numerous beautiful beaches across the island. Robin answered all questions we had and was always available in the lead up to our stay and while we were there. Loved the outdoor shower, Nova is the friendliest, and we will be back again. If the house fits your groups requirements then don’t miss out and book today!

We had an amazing stay at this spacious villa, which was perfect for our girls' trip but would also be a great stay for large families or groups. The check-in process was seamless, and our host was incredibly informative and eager to help with anything we needed. The villa itself was beautiful, equipped with all the amenities we could ask for. Renting a car to explore the island is definitely recommended, but once we were back at the villa, it felt like a true home away from home. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay!

Sebastian was great! He met us when we arrived and showed us all around the property. From what I understand, Sebastian manages other houses but owns this one. You can tell he takes pride in his property. The house was very clean and Spacious! We were a party of 13 and did not feel on top of each other. The lot is huge and pretty private. Great views upstairs of Chalk Sound. It is close to our favorite beach, Taylor Bay Beach, and another great beach, Sapodilla Beach. The pool area provided both Shade and Sun areas. Added bonus: the house is right in the flight path of PLS airport, so if planes are landing from West to East, they would fly right over at about 600-1000ft. We enjoyed the planes on pool days. No flights came over at night. I would recommend Sebastian's property.
