This granny-unit up on peaceful Dragos Hill in Kartal is a lovely get-away. The couple who live in the main house are very warm and welcoming. The side house is good for one or two people. It has a little balcony from which you can enjoy the sea view. The hosts were thoughtful enough to leave some fruit and bread, cheese, olives, etc. for breakfast. They were also helpful with tips about where to eat. I only wish I had had more time to relax there! The neighborhood is full of beautiful villas and with its pine trees and calm streets it feels like an extension of the Prince's Islands right across the sea.

We loved staying here. After getting through the initial first day of checking everything to see what worked and didn’t, we had a lot of light bulbs out but they did come over that same day to get at least light in all the rooms. Also, freezer it kind of small and easily builds up with ice. The kitchen is very well stocked with no issues there. As you might imagine, the outdoor space is what sold us and it didn’t disappoint. From the comfortable chairs to the amazing pool. I would highly recommend staying and I would come back.

First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Okan and Ms. Özgür very much. We would only be this comfortable if we stayed in our own house. They immediately confirmed our reservation, even though it was late at night, and sent all the information and location to our phone. They greeted us when we arrived and even offered us coffee to relieve our fatigue. The house was sparkling. Also, fresh surprises such as village eggs, tomatoes, and peppers were waiting for us in the refrigerator. We had our first breakfast like this and it was like a medicine after a troublesome journey where our tire blew out. Finally, the most important detail for us was that they were animal-friendly and welcomed both of our dogs. In summary, if you want to find peace in the village environment, but not be far from the sea, and have an accommodation you can trust, don't think twice. You won't regret it. Best regards.

Great place to stay in very nice surroundings. Parking in front of the door. Our room was very clean and well appointed. The restaurant offers delicious food. We thank Ilker and his family for the nice time.

We had an indescribably beautiful time on Ali's vineyard! On one side of the house you can see the sunrise and on the other side the sunset and the sea. We couldn't have imagined better! It was very difficult for us to leave this place behind, we felt at home! Thank you for this great experience!

We had a lovely stay at Dilara's. They were very kind & helpful, and punctual in their communication too. The flat was very clean & well-stocked. The shaded garden was a delight in warmer days. The beach that belongs to their co-op is well-looked after, clean & family-friendly. Even if you don't have a car to climb up the steep roads, easy to navigate the village with taxis.

of the pros: very cheap, very close to the sea, very responsive hostess Lyudmila, for which she special thanks, quickly helped with all questions and problems. of the disadvantages: high humidity on cloud days if you live on ground floor. This is because of the proximity to the sea, please note.

Ms. Müge and her husband are very friendly and friendly people. When I couldn't find the location, they came and picked us up (the location is correct, but it's a good idea to call them when navigation comes in the wrong ways, they're extremely helpful). The house and garden are definitely much nicer and clean than the photo. They thought of all our needs down to the last detail. Definitely a place we will return to at the first opportunity.

Ms. Zübeyde and Mr. Süha are very pleasant people, their conversations are very nice. We stayed for a short time and were very satisfied, we left to come back:)

It met our expectations, the fruit basket was prepared when we checked in, it was a fine move. Everything offered with personal care, kitchen products, etc. was very sufficient and nice. We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is at the far end of the town but there is a grocery store right across the street, the beach a few meters away and some shops and restaurants nearby. It is a good location if you’re looking for a quiet rest. The apartment is spacious and the balcony was lovely! Only down side was the prayer service over the loud speaker at 5 am every morning but I’m guessing there aren’t many places to go in Turkey where that won’t be an issue. Onur was a lovely host, very responsive and helpful when needed.

We had a very nice time at Ms. Yonca's house. The house was very clean. The location and view of the house was great. There was a beach just in front of the house, but the sea is very nice on the sides of Akyarlar and Akçabük, it is a must. We want to come back on our next vacation.

Mr. Ercan's dear mother, Ms. Günay, greeted us. We were already given this information. She was a very kind lady. The location of the house is really nice. It would be very pleasant to sit on the terrace, especially in hot weather in summer.

We had a lovely weekend as a family. A quiet, calm, peaceful place... there is 1 more house sharing the same garden. There is no grocery store etc. nearby. You should do your shopping and leave. Mr. Kemal is very interested.

The place is very nice, but if there were other guests staying in the pool area upstairs, we might have been uncomfortable. Since there was no one there, we were able to use the seating area there. This price is worth it for the seating area there because it was very enjoyable to sit there at any time of the day. Other than that, if there are others staying in the house above, there is no point in staying in this house. (I'm saying because of the price, otherwise the house is nice and clean).

Our accommodation with Mr. Göktuğ was very enjoyable. The location of the house was in the pier area and it was easy to get to. The use of the house was quite sufficient. The garden was very beautiful. Teddy, a golden retriever, was really sweet. Thank you to Teddy and Mr. Göktuğ. ☺️ 🥰😇

I had to stay for a short time but I liked it so much that I will definitely come back and even live here. The owner was very friendly and helpful, he gave me good suggestions about the area where I could visit, the house has an incredibly beautiful view, its texture is historical and the neighborhood is ideal for tourists.
