Our 2+1 house is the largest and most spacious of our 4 equipped single-story houses located side by side in a 2,610 m2 botanical garden. For guests arriving by plane, Dalaman-Marmaris is a 1.5-hour drive. Marmaris Orhaniye village is a 45-minute drive. We recommend that our guests come by private vehicle so that they can see more places and have convenient transportation. The world-famous Kızkumu beach is 5 minutes away by car. There are grocery stores on the beach. You can swim in the sea from many bays a short distance away. Datça is 1 hour and 30 minutes away.

You can relax as a family in this peaceful accommodation. Our 1+1 apartments are new and spacious. The apartments have a TV, washing machine, air conditioner, refrigerator, coffee machine and all kitchen utensils. It is located 5-10 minutes by car from many bays and has a very large balcony and garden. Barbecues and samovars can be made in our garden. Serena Suit is located in the Turunç/Marmaris bay, on a slope with magnificent sea and mountain views. The 85 m² private apartment offers a 30 m² terrace with a unique view. Access to the apartment is either effortlessly by an inclined elevator or on foot via the stairs. The beach, market and restaurants are a 7-8 minute walk away. The complex has a pool and parking area. The modernly renovated apartment is located on the bus route and is about 1.5 hours from Dalaman Airport.

Riva Sögüt Beach 4

Only our 4 identical bungalows offer a private beach without neighbors, but close to restaurants and markets, in the most beautiful bay of Söğüt. The dream for nature lovers, with the sea at your feet. Located in a fishing village sheltered from the wind, in a romantic, discreet and peaceful setting. Each 25 m² cottage has its own 35 m² private terrace in an enclosed garden. Breakfast is included, prepared by the Chef of your choice, and served on your terrace facing the sea.

Guest Lodge

Our guest cabin is 25 m² in size and consists of one room and a bathroom. Outside, there is an outdoor kitchen covered by a pergola and a veranda where you can dine, exclusively for the use of our guests staying in our cottage. There is a 5x10 m (50 m²) swimming pool in the garden, with a depth of 1.5–1.6 m. The pool is shared by our guests staying in the guest house (max. 4 people) and the guest cottage (max. 2 people). The pool is open from June 13 to September 30.
